Carers incourage me to be independant but when nessasary they are alway ready to help me as needed.

I was put in touch with Blossom when my 97 year old mother became totally bedridden last year. Their response was immediate and excellent. All the staff have been unerringly kind and helpful and sensitive to my mother's needs (and she can be very demanding). They have also been a tremendous support to me. When I secured some council funding I insisted I would only accept it on the basis Blossom continued to provide the care. I would recommend their services to anybody.

Contacted Blossom for twice daily care visits to an elderly relative with Alzheimer's. Owners were very knowledgeable, supportive and helpful in scoping the care required. Without exception, all carers who attended to provide the agreed services were helpful and caring in their approach, persevering when the patient was confused and reluctant to engage. Blossom's information system was updated regularly with constructive comments allowing for other carers and us as family to adapt the approach and provide better support. Care services only cancelled as patients needs have made a care home environment essential. Can't thank the team at Blossom enough for their kindness and expertise during the last few months which undoubtedly extended our ability to keep the patient at home for longer.

I do wish that the carers didn't keep changing so often as I seldom know who to expect to turn up.

I called Josephine a few months ago as my husband's previous carers were just awful. She came around to the house and we were so impressed by her care and concern. We immediately changed care companies and this has proven to be the best move we have made. The staff are just amazing, they are so friendly, kind and considerate, both me and my husband look forward to seeing them each day!!
