I have been using Blossom for a while now for my mom who has dementia. My dad has passed recently and they have stepped up to care for my mom as I live in Australia. I couldn't be more pleased with the service given they actually spend the allotted time every visit and spend some of that time just talking
to my mom which is very important and appreciated.
All of the ladies I have met are very good at what they do which is reassuring for me being so far away. Their communication is excellent which is essential for me. Thankyou Blossom for caring for my mom.

I found the entire team at Blossom Home Care to be exceptional. The carers are professional, polite, friendly, trustworthy, compassionate and deliver a high standard of care. They took time to address the individual needs of our mum and treated her with dignity and respect throughout. On arrival
they would instantly engage with mum and bring a smile to her face. She looked forward to their visits. I would have no hesitation in recommending Blossom to anyone.

Generally, a very high level of care - always patient and respectful.
It took more effort and persistence on my part to ensure client needs were being met in relation to the nature of carers we saw each week.
My husband has dementia, and continuity is so important - 10 carers in one week confused
him. October, with the exception of half-term week, has been much improved.

I cannot speak highly enough of all the staff at Blossom Homecare. My 99 year old mum has carers visiting twice a day and is treated with the utmost care and respect. She has mobility issues, macular degeneration and is hard of hearing but her dignity is always observed and she enjoys the visits from
the carers. The support given to my husband and I has also been appreciated as caring for a loved one can be very stressful. Blossom recently provided a live in carer to enable me to take a wee break. She provided round the clock care with warmth and empathy and I had no worries about mum while I was away. I would highly recommend the wonderful team from Aberdeen, Angus and Dundee.

The standard of care I am receiving from Blossom Home care is outstanding. The carers are always really friendly, and when it comes to personal care, everything is always done in a respectful and dignified way. They also go the extra extra mile to help and give support in so many other ways as well.
For me it was difficult to admit to myself that I needed homecare, but now I have the carers to help and support me, I just wish I'd asked for help much sooner. Every carer also has access to my care plan on the phone care app, which means no need to explain my needs if someone new visits. I also find it really useful as well as I can check when my next care visit will be,
and who will be coming. I would highly recommend Blossom Home Care Ayrshire.

It's only been one week yet when the cares have started coming to look after Mum.
Mum has connected so well as no language barrier.
Both carers bond well with Mum that I'm so at ease now. No stress or anxiety from both of us.
I can't praise anyone more for their devotion in their work to please
clients.
Our house is very peaceful and less noisy as all is monitored as should be. Both client and daughter over the moon and very relaxed atmosphere.
Blossom Care thank you soo much for this service.

Blossom care came into our life due to a previous care company letting us down constantly, from the very first visit my confidence and trust in the company was gained.


These ladies are angels they go above and beyond the call of duty and they do it in the most respectful manner. They have taken

the time to get to know my sister and be mindful of her likes and dislikes and are extremely patient with her helping her make decisions about her care and doing so with dignity and respect.


In the short time we have had blossom care in our home I can honestly say they are amazing. Not only do they provide outstanding care to my sister they also like to do things to make things easier for me. They also ensure that while they are here I take that time to sit and relax with a cuppa!!


My sister is extremely pleased with the care also and is 100% more happier then she was with previous provider, for me this is a win!
Finding the right care is hard but we are so glad we found blossom care

My Father in law has had the support of Blossom Home Care Malton for nearly a year now. They have been amazing.
The carers themselves are lovely and take time to chat to him and allow him to do what he can to maintain his independence. They're also very good at phoning to say if they are going to
be late.
Management have been fab and keep up regular communication with us as a family as well as the service users.

I have used Blossom for about 10 months I have found them to be a very professional company with great staff my care has been a god send I had cancer for the 4th time and as you can imagine I was not in a good place but my carer helped me with my personal care and mental health I look forward to her

Our carer, who has been coming for several years, has been excellent. She is cheerful, lively and very caring. She plays game with the client, and chats to him. She attends to his needs well.

I have been very satisfied in the main and anytime any problems have been quickly rectified. Bills are sent on time enabling me to keep a budget.

My husband has dementia so needs help with prompting for personal care and eating. So we have carers in the morning and evening. I have been very impressed how my husband and I have been supported. He is always treated with dignity and respect. I have been well supported in sometimes very emotional
settings. The carers have become a part of our family.

Myself & my mother have been very satisfied with service & care that we have recieved. Nothing is too much trouble. Everybody that has called to care for Mum have been very plesent and go out of their way to make sure she gets what she needs.
From my own point of view, it makes my life easier knowing
that she has good people caring for her 3 times a day. I am very grateful for the treatment is recieving - many thanks

The carers are all kind and caring especially as I live a long way away .It is so reassuring that my uncle has the care he requires and he is fond of all the carers. Nothing is too much trouble and they are able to arrange care for my Uncle to go to his favorite football games at the Stadium which he
couldn't attend without a carer with him. It brings him such joy and enables him to continue with his love of football.
The communication is excellent and is so reassuring that I know he is in safe hands and able to remain in his own home.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Blossom Home Care and would like to send my thanks to the entire team.

The entire team at Blossom Home Care have been fantastic at looking after our parents.
They have made them feel comfortable from day 1 and have helped them so much we'd be lost with out them.
From helping them up in the morning, having a chat and laugh to being there when we've had some quite serious
issues to manage, the entire team have been there to support our parents and us. Nothing has been too much trouble and every member of staff treats our parents with respect and help them maintain their dignity.
We couldn't ask for them to be in better hands.
