The visits were always within a few minutes of the allotted time, and 50-minute visits means a lot can be achieved. When changes to the level of care were required, we found it easy to discuss our needs with Blossom managers and then see the changes put into place promptly. We did have some prior experience of the care sector within our family and used this when choosing Blossom Homecare for our mother. We were not disappointed. Highly recommended. Unfortunately, he now needs 24-hour care and has gone into a care home but I felt that the care given by Blossom Home Care could not be bettered and I would recommend this firm to all.

Trust me lies lies lies. The manager thinks they need her more than the family’s she lies. Trust me don’t use this company.

They do not hurry and rush from one client to the next, so you feel valued as a client. I have peace of mind and trust in them to support my mum.
I particularly like their "care app", which allows me to log in to see how the visit has progressed and if any issues have occurred. They have, on occasion, gone out of their way to phone me on some medical issues, which I value. I have no hesitation in recommending Blossoms Home Care to any potential client.
