Mum needed. The family live many hours away so the peace of mind this gives us is priceless. The Blossom team have become a lifeline for Mum and it's so brilliant that they adapt to what she needs, even helping with medical/dentist appointments, going for walks plus helping with every day life or providing company with a cup of tea! Thank you all so much for being friendly, caring and professional.

Mum absolutely loved the carer's visits and, even though mornings are difficult, confusing and often tearful, after the carer's visits, Mum always emerged so much brighter and chatty.

At first, my parents only needed meals preparing and company. Inevitably over time, their needs have increased. At every stage, the staff have told me that it isn't a problem. They have demonstrated compassion and a wealth of knowledge. Because they have built trust and relationships, my sometimes challenging parents have accepted help that they might otherwise be too proud to admit to needing.
Communication with Blossom is fantastic. They tell me important things. I always get an immediate response if I need to speak to them.
