Blossom Home Care Cornwall provides "bloomin' good care" and assistance to adults living in their own home. They cover a forever expanding area which includes Truro, Killiow, Carnon Downs, Feock, Perranwell, Mylor, Flushing, Falmouth, Penryn, Stithians, Mawnan Smith, Mabe, Constantine, Helston, Porthleven, Helston and surrounding villages.

Delivering the highest quality service that caters for each individual's needs, wishes and lifestyles, the team have a wealth of knowledge in the health and social care industry giving them a thorough understanding of home care.

With a minimum visit time of 50 minutes this allows staff time to spend with their customers, enabling them to be re-introduced to certain routines that potentially they may not have been able to achieve for some time.

All customers records are digital which gives family members an effective communication tool to view.

The quality of life of each and every customer is at the heart of Blossom Home Care Cornwall's ethos and as a result, they only employ staff at the highest level, with enhanced DBS checks and continual in-depth training.

We do a minimum of a 50-minute visit which is charged at £30.00. We have no hidden extras and we do not charge extra for evenings or weekends.
Live-In care is priced in 3 tiers. There is an extra £50 a week chargeable for food allowance.

I am using Blossom Care at home and am incredibly impressed; from the moment I contacted them. The staff are friendly; knowledgeable and go above and beyond.to look after mum and me!
Their customer service is second to none and I can highly recommend them.

April 2025 is the one year anniversary of Blossom caring for Mum and both she and the family couldn't be happier. After Dad died Mum lost all her confidence, became lonely and struggled with shopping, housework and the garden. Two members of staff arranged twice daily care with discussion about what
Mum needed. The family live many hours away so the peace of mind this gives us is priceless. The Blossom team have become a lifeline for Mum and it's so brilliant that they adapt to what she needs, even helping with medical/dentist appointments, going for walks plus helping with every day life or providing company with a cup of tea! Thank you all so much for being friendly, caring and professional.

We needed personal care for my mother, in her late 70s with Alzheimer's, for a week when she came to stay with us to give my dad some respite.
We made a very last minute enquiry. The process to get started was painless.
The carer was an absolute superstar. (She's also a John Lennon/Beatles fan, which
deserves a sixth star on the ratings!) Not just the care element but the compassion and conversation with my mum was out of this world. I don't know how we would have managed otherwise. Mum absolutely loved the carer's visits and, even though mornings are difficult, confusing and often tearful, after the carer's visits, Mum always emerged so much brighter and chatty.
Genuinely, thank you so much. Would highly recommend.

Blossom Home Care has efficiently helped our family adjust to the feeling of having regular care. The team are by definition caring but it genuinely feels personal and everyone involved has made our family feel comfortable. The app access is reassuring and helpful for the family to understand what happens
during the care visit. It would be enhanced if the comments on the app could work both ways so we can share subtle and helpful feedback to the team. Thanks to the whole team involved.

When necessary, they went above and beyond what was expected and overall, gave my friend the very best of care.

The care Blossom Home Care Cornwall have been providing for my parents is exceptional.
I chose Blossom because I felt my parents would be cared for with dignity rather than being part of a production line. Blossom have spent time finding out about my parents. The manager keeps chatting long after I've
run out of things to say!
At first, my parents only needed meals preparing and company. Inevitably over time, their needs have increased. At every stage, the staff have told me that it isn't a problem. They have demonstrated compassion and a wealth of knowledge. Because they have built trust and relationships, my sometimes challenging parents have accepted help that they might otherwise be too proud to admit to needing.
Communication with Blossom is fantastic. They tell me important things. I always get an immediate response if I need to speak to them.
Thank you to all the staff. I can't recommend you highly enough.

Blossom Home Care has literally been a Godsend to us as a family. The company cares and has worked with us to make life easier for us by providing the help we need. The staff are very professional but are friends at the same time and are never too rushed to listen when needed, and so it doesn't feel
like having strangers in your home. Wherever possible, the same carer visits each time, which was very important to us. Nothing is too much trouble. Thank you, Blossom Home Care.

We are so happy to have Blossom take care of our mum/mum-in-law. They are wonderful with her, making sure that she is as happy, comfortable and safe as possible. The team of carers go out of their way to help and can be absolutely relied upon in an emergency. Every carer is always on time.
