Blossom are doing an excellent job of looking after my grandparents and have on numerous occasions gone above and beyond. Excellent in the care they have given both my grandparents. They accommodated our changing needs and are kind and respectful.

The carers I have met so far are extremely nice, kind and considerate. They looked after my father who had dementia for quite some time and took wonderful care of him. On a personal level they have been a support for me after my father passed away and through difficult times with my mother. I would highly recommend them.

The carers where reliable on time always patient and understanding of my mums needs, the communication with the office was great and generally it was the same carers who visited to give my mum some continuity and familiarisation. Would use again if ever the need arose.

Blossom Home Care have been a great help in looking after my elderly mother who has Alzheimer's and lives on her own. All the staff I have dealt with have been very helpful and accommodating as my mother's needs are constantly evolving. All the care staff I have met on their visits have been so friendly and provide excellent care and support.

Communication between staff excellent & provide a good level of service & attention to my mother. Easy contact available with manager/supervisor where any changes are needed and much confidence instilled.

The carers have been mostly kind, considerate and helpful. They have always shown up for appointments, although morning visits are a bit problematic as the carers are not always females who can attend at 8am to supervise mother's showers. There has been somewhat of a turnover of carers which | suppose is inevitable given the nature of the job. Obviously, mother is more easily able to relate to those carers with whom she can establish a connection. Extra visits to take her into town for lunch have been much appreciated. The office staff have been very helpful on those occasions when we have needed to contact them or they have contacted us.

Blossom started looking after my nana from lockdown. She has had nothing but positive experiences and I would recommend them to anyone. All the carers were friendly and professional and have always treated my nana in a dignified way. I've really appreciated having access to daily notes through the app as I have been able to continue my work and personal life with peace of mind.

Blossom Home Care having been providing care for mum since 2020. Initially, visits were just once 3 times a week to assist with meals, light housework and to provide some Company. Following a fall, mum became less able and Blossoms now attend 4 times each day. All the carers and support staff are very friendly, caring and understanding, despite mum being quite difficult at times. Any concerns or problems are discussed and addressed promptly. Blossoms have organised taking mum out to the local cafe, which lifts her spirits immensely. As I work full-time and am quite often away with work, it is comforting to know that mum is in very capable hands. An excellent service and I can wholeheartedly recommend Blossoms.

I would highly recommend Blossom Care, they are caring and compassionate, and go above and beyond . They are on time, and will ring if a little late. The staff at the office are very approachable and great for answering any queries that you may have.

Just wanted to say that Blossom have been supporting Mum since January 2025 and I have nothing but admiration for them. I know that Mum is visited and cared for each day and the communication with myself via the App and her carer is first rate. Living 2 hours away means that I know each day that Mum is OK and I don't just have to rely on what she tells me. Long may this support continue.

I find the staff good. Mostly on time and will let you know if for any reason they are running late. They are aware of my needs and fill them fully.

Excellent service from the whole team at Blossom, Malton. Carers are friendly and positive, adapt well to new situations and promptly identify any health concerns. Excellent communication with the management team - very approachable and professional. Quick to respond and adapt to the changing needs of our relative and give helpful advice from experience. Confident that our relative is being well looked after when living a distance away - use of the app to share visit notes is very helpful.

Thank you to everyone at Blossom, which includes staff arranging rotas/checking notes/responding to phone calls as well as all the carers who help to support Mum and Dad in their own home.

Blossom provide exceptional care to my neighbour, they ensure he is safe, happy and go above and beyond to make sure he is happy, they have built such a special bond and have seen the positive impact this has had, I appreciate all the work they do.

They have not given any thought to the well-being of my mother-in-law, or to the effect that the withdrawing of care might have. They have given less notice than they expected from us for any changes. In summary, I would not recommend them.

My experience is generally good. It’s unfortunate that all the carers don’t deliver their ‘care’ in the same way. Generally speaking, it’s an issue with new staff and training from my point of view. I’ve been having care for fifteen years so I do understand that all foibles are not necessarily the same. At this moment in time, I understand probably better than anyone, how difficult it is to recruit and retain good staff. The people who apply do not fully realise the implications and the duties of care provision.

Blossom Home Care is like being part of a caring family. My husband and I are pleased with the cleaning process and are always treated with respect and courtesy. They can always be trusted to undertake the jobs well and we are so grateful for their help. Thank you for a positive future with Blossom.
