Overall Experience

We would highly recommend Blossom Home Care. Initially my mum Margaret was reluctant to having carers and could be challenging at times, however Sarah and her team persevered and provided excellent care to suit her individual needs. They demonstrated kindness and compassion to mum in her final hours.

Overall Experience

I have been using Blossom for a while now for my mom who has dementia. My dad has passed recently and they have stepped up to care for my mom as I live in Australia. I couldn't be more pleased with the service given they actually spend the allotted time every visit and spend some of that time just talking

to my mom which is very important and appreciated.
All of the ladies I have met are very good at what they do which is reassuring for me being so far away. Their communication is excellent which is essential for me. Thankyou Blossom for caring for my mom.

Overall Experience

The carers are all kind and caring especially as I live a long way away .It is so reassuring that my uncle has the care he requires and he is fond of all the carers. Nothing is too much trouble and they are able to arrange care for my Uncle to go to his favorite football games at the Stadium which he

couldn't attend without a carer with him. It brings him such joy and enables him to continue with his love of football.
The communication is excellent and is so reassuring that I know he is in safe hands and able to remain in his own home.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Blossom Home Care and would like to send my thanks to the entire team.

Overall Experience

The entire team at Blossom Home Care have been fantastic at looking after our parents.
They have made them feel comfortable from day 1 and have helped them so much we'd be lost with out them.
From helping them up in the morning, having a chat and laugh to being there when we've had some quite serious

issues to manage, the entire team have been there to support our parents and us. Nothing has been too much trouble and every member of staff treats our parents with respect and help them maintain their dignity.
We couldn't ask for them to be in better hands.

Overall Experience

I haven't yet been able to meet the carers as I live so far away from my distant relatives but there is such thoughtful communication with them that I feel very grateful for everything that they do. Unlike the previous carers and many of the other health professionals involved in the challenging care

situation for my aunt and uncle, there is a continuity and human approach that is so reassuring through all the worry. I don't have to repeat myself or re explain the situation when I contact them and often can speak to the same person who can always update me on what's happening. This continuity is invaluable. On several occasions the carers have gone above and beyond the constraints of their time and pay to help out when a difficult crisis has occurred. I very much look forward to meeting them and thanking them in person. They are a great team!

Overall Experience

Overall Experience

All the carers are very pleasant and do anything/everything they can to make me happy. I have no complaints about anything. I told my sister the other day that compared to the people that used to come and see me, they go above and beyond to make sure I have everything I need and everything is done.

Excellent service all round with some prominent, experienced staff of a high caliber. All willing to more to make life easier - having a wife and is now registered blind after 60 and a half years of marriage! Could not ask for more.

Overall Experience

My brother and I found ourselves in a very difficult position last year; Attorneys under our elderly aunt and uncles' power of attorneys, we feel responsible for their care, in the absence of their agreement to go to a care home. We both live over an hour away, enter Blossom Home Care. We couldn't have

found a better home care provider. As well as providing the very best full time care - primarily to our uncle, but increasingly meeting our aunt's needs as well - they have organised physiotherapy and been present during sessions; they accompany either or both to external appointments and ensure their domestic situation is under control. They have even accompanied my aunt to see a residential care home.
We have an excellent relationship with the managers and director, who are careful to consult and report back at all times.
I have no hesitation in recommending them.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the wonderful care providers at Blossom Home Care. Over the last few weeks they have supported us hugely as a family and worked with us to find the best care solutions for my Dad. From the management team to all the dedicated carers, they all stepped in to help us when

my Mum, my Dad's main carer, was suddenly admitted to hospital. Our family are all so grateful to everyone's care and dedication that we were able to continue to care for my Dad at home in his own surroundings with your help, and also offering overnight care when needed. My Dad felt comforted knowing we could continue the loving, kind routine my Mum provided. A big thank you to one staff member in particular from Blossom Care who called the ambulance for Mum and cared for her until we arrived. All hugely appreciated! Thank you so much for the wonderful service that you offer.

Overall Experience

My mum decided she would rather be at home than a care home and we were recommended to try Blossom Home Care. From the initial meeting to discuss Mum's needs right through to the day she passed away, I can honestly say what an amazing company and team of people. They showed professionalism, compassion

and great care, looking after my mum and she was very happy with the carers who visited her twice daily. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

Overall Experience

I needed to arrange for extra support for my mother after she had been in hospital following several falls and showing signs of declining memory.
The management team have, throughout, been extremely helpful and efficient at trying to find the best solution in providing care fitting around my mother's

needs and unpredictable moods.
They quickly find ways of resolving practical issues and it has been very reassuring to always have someone available to speak with on the phone when needed.
Having the same team of carers coming home has given my mother stability and has also allowed for build-up of trust.
I'm particularly grateful for the overall flexibility and peace of mind the Blossom Home Care team have been providing the last few months with kindness and understanding.

Overall Experience

The carers from Blossom have made such a difference to my mum's overall health and well-being. My mum really enjoys their visits, in spite of being somewhat apprehensive initially about having unknown people visiting the house each day. The admin team at Blossom have been really receptive to any requests

to move visit times or switch carers, always accommodating these where possible. I have been really impressed with the overall professionalism, friendliness and quality of the Blossom team, I know my mum is in safe hands. Many thanks to everyone involved.

Overall Experience

I had spent three months in hospital in intensive therapy unit and a coma. Whilst I could walk and talk again when I was discharged, I was a long way from being fully physically recovered.
Blossom Home Care enabled me and empowered me to become independent again.
Their carers gently encouraged me

to gradually regain the ability to fully self care.
