Blossom Homecare Aberdeen, Angus and Dundee offer personalised care packages designed to suit everyone. They assess and review individual needs, wishes, and aspirations in a way that respects and promotes their right and dignity. The assessments are recorded in a care plan that guides the service being rendered and is reviewed from time to time as needed. This enables them to provide support that is tailored to the individual needs. Adopting a personalised approach ensures best care is delivered to clients. The approach allows clients to take control over the type of care they need, and how and when this is offered.

The visit time is a minimum of 50 minutes, which allows carers to undertake all required care professionally and safely maintaining a good standard of care.

Their homecare services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, monitored in real-time for quality and compliance to care plans. Documentation of visits is done via a software system that can be accessed anywhere in the world, using a mobile device.

All carers, registered managers, and directors are members of the relevant PVG scheme, and all staff are recruited safely in line with Blossom Homecare's recruitment policy. In addition to staff induction, in-house training, and qualifications, staff are enrolled as dignity champions with the National Dignity Council.

I found the entire team at Blossom Home Care to be exceptional. The carers are professional, polite, friendly, trustworthy, compassionate and deliver a high standard of care. They took time to address the individual needs of our mum and treated her with dignity and respect throughout. On arrival
they would instantly engage with mum and bring a smile to her face. She looked forward to their visits. I would have no hesitation in recommending Blossom to anyone.

I cannot speak highly enough of all the staff at Blossom Homecare. My 99 year old mum has carers visiting twice a day and is treated with the utmost care and respect. She has mobility issues, macular degeneration and is hard of hearing but her dignity is always observed and she enjoys the visits from
the carers. The support given to my husband and I has also been appreciated as caring for a loved one can be very stressful. Blossom recently provided a live in carer to enable me to take a wee break. She provided round the clock care with warmth and empathy and I had no worries about mum while I was away. I would highly recommend the wonderful team from Aberdeen, Angus and Dundee.
Reply from Innocent Iba, Director at Blossom Homecare Aberdeen, Angus, and DundeeThank you so much Jill for your lovely comment. It was a pleasure to support your mum, we are glad that the support gave you both some respite.

It's only been one week yet when the cares have started coming to look after Mum.
Mum has connected so well as no language barrier.
Both carers bond well with Mum that I'm so at ease now. No stress or anxiety from both of us.
I can't praise anyone more for their devotion in their work to please
clients.
Our house is very peaceful and less noisy as all is monitored as should be. Both client and daughter over the moon and very relaxed atmosphere.
Blossom Care thank you soo much for this service.

Blossom care came into our life due to a previous care company letting us down constantly, from the very first visit my confidence and trust in the company was gained.

These ladies are angels they go above and beyond the call of duty and they do it in the most respectful manner. They have taken

the time to get to know my sister and be mindful of her likes and dislikes and are extremely patient with her helping her make decisions about her care and doing so with dignity and respect.

In the short time we have had blossom care in our home I can honestly say they are amazing. Not only do they provide outstanding care to my sister they also like to do things to make things easier for me. They also ensure that while they are here I take that time to sit and relax with a cuppa!!

My sister is extremely pleased with the care also and is 100% more happier then she was with previous provider, for me this is a win!
Finding the right care is hard but we are so glad we found blossom care

Everyone at blossom healthcare from the manager to the carers I have are exceptional. Blossom reviews your care every few months to make sure you are happy which is something I haven't received from other healthcare providers.
My carers are well trained and all love to care and are not just doing a
job. You receive respect and dignity and nothing is too much for them. All are very friendly and make your visit a pleasure.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Blossom to anyone.

I cannot recommend Blossom Homecare highly enough. My mum has received the most wonderful care. Initially, the manager came to assess Mum's needs then another carer took it from there. Two very dedicated and immensely compassionate women. My mum took to both of them instantly. We are our first month
in and I have nothing but praise. Thank you.

Blossom Homecare have been a revolution for my elderly father. His carer is kind and patient with Dad and he really likes her. She manages to get him to shower and he enjoys her company. She also does food shopping for dad which is a godsend. I would recommend this company for your special caring needs.
They are much more than carers.
