My brother and I have been using Blossom Homecare since early 2025 for our elderly mother. We are really pleased with the care mum has been receiving, showing her dignity and respect and gently coaxing her to eat, drink and accept personal care.

My brother and I have been using Blossom Homecare since early 2025 for our elderly mother. We are really pleased with the care mum has been receiving, showing her dignity and respect and gently coaxing her to eat, drink and accept personal care. The few misunderstanding we have had have been dealt with immediately and effectively. They have offered my brother and I support and guidance in how caring for our mum, who now has Alzheimer's, can be best achieved, which has allowed her to stay in her own home.
We highly would recommend them as a professional care provider who assist not only the person who requires care but also those family care givers such as ourselves.

Any problems or concerns I have had , i have always been able to speak to someone in the office . These problems have been solved in a very professional and efficient way and I have received good feedback.

My father used Blossom Care for the last few months of his life and they made it possible for him to remain safely in his own home. He was becoming increasingly frail and unable to cope with daily tasks but was very unwilling to accept help. Thanks to the excellent people skills of Blossom's staff they were able to build a good relationship with him very quickly. They were successful in persuading him to allow thorough cleaning of his house and to allow them to keep his living environment clean and hazard free. The carers were unfailingly kind and considerate and made a great difference to his comfort.
I would like to thank the management of Blossoms for their assistance to me after my father passed away quite suddenly. They were incredibly helpful with some difficult administration tasks which I was unable to perform myself and I am grateful for all they have done.
