Mom was end of life and cared for at home. The care that she received was exceptional, treating mom with kindness and dignity at all times.
We were so very grateful for the wonderful care that Mom received. It was a very difficult time for us, but having good quality reliable care was something that
helped massively.
The carers engaged with Mom and nothing was too much trouble. Chatting to Mom, which she enjoyed, even right at the end. We had the same carers throughout, which was great as well. They were able to give us advice when we were unsure and supportive when we so needed it.
I cannot speak highly enough about Premium Community Care health carers - they are truly exceptional, caring and kind; which was so appreciated at the most difficult of times.
Thank you.

I cannot recommend this care company enough! We were in a very dark place when my Dad dad came home from hospital after months of bad care. We were so worried about what care support we would get but let me tell you this! All of the girls that looked after my Dads end of life care/Alzheimer’s we’re
outstanding. They spoke to my Dad and explained everything as they did it for him. They also went above and beyond asking how we were. Knocking the door and seeing if we needed any shopping and even bought flowers when he passed away. They paid extra care to bed sore and pressure points and always treated him with dignity. Our night sitter and she was so reassuring, caring and a big support for my Mom, you are just amazing in every way. The mother and daughter duo were so tentative and treated Dad like a family member. Staff were so efficient and always made us laugh even on the most stressful hours. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Inspection ratings
We rate most services according to how safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led they are, using four levels:
Outstanding - the service is performing exceptionally well.
Good - the service is performing well and meeting our expectations.
Requires improvement - the service isn't performing as well as it should and we have told the service how it must improve.
Inadequate - the service is performing badly and we've taken enforcement action against the provider of the service.
No rating/under appeal/rating suspended - there are some services which we can't rate, while some might be under appeal from the provider. Suspended ratings are being reviewed by us and will be published soon.
Ticks and crosses
We don't rate every type of service. For services we haven't rated we use ticks and crosses to show whether we've asked them to take further action or taken enforcement action against them.
There's no need for the service to take further action. If this service has not had a CQC inspection since it registered with us, our judgement may be based on our assessment of declarations and evidence supplied by the service.
The service must make improvements.
At least one standard in this area was not being met when we inspected the service and we have taken enforcement action.
