Avoston have been looking after my 83 year old sister for the last six weeks or so and have been incredibly caring, supportive and efficient. They are a pleasure to deal with and despite some very difficult circumstances have handled her care with respect and kindness. We engaged Avoston to help care for my mother while my father was in hospital. Over time they took on the care for both my parents. The Avoston staff were very warm, caring, and engaging. They made a real effort to do more than was strictly needed, and were professional at all times. The management were very communicative and helped us to fight with the local clinic when they needed to. Sadly, both my parents have now passed away, but I would not hesitate to recommend Avoston to anyone looking for short-term or long-term care.

The absolute only disappointment about Avoston is that they don't cover a bigger geographic area!
In late December my grandparents health took a turn, they weren't coping, and we needed to mobilise a care plan as fast as possible.
Within 4 hours the manager came out to do an assessment, and by the next day the care plan started.
The team are respectful, kind and friendly!
Sadly they couldn't manage at home any longer and we had to move them closer to family, with plans to move them into an on site annex soo .
I just wish the manager and the team covered our new area!

My father sadly passed away in May and Avoston were amazing in their sensitivity to the needs of my mother and the family.
The company provide 24/7 care for my mother and are pro active in anticipating her needs. She is taken out regularly and given friendship and company rather than staff just doing their job.
I highly recommend this company and their staff.

My wife received experienced care in a professional, sensitive way, always put first for her personal needs. The staff were aware just how much my wife enjoyed their visits to our home. The routine my wife needed was carefully implemented on a daily basis and met all her needs. On a routine day, the staff would arrive on time and complete all of their duties to a very high standard. It was quite obvious that the staff received regular updated training.

The Avoston service has been excellent since day one. The staff are very professional any work required is done with no fuss and very professionally. My major fault I'm told is I talk too much; however, we have nice chats after every visit. I'm happy to have them in my house! They are all very friendly.

All the carers and staff have been very helpful, happy and have looked after my parents perfectly sometimes at very short notice.

Very caring, lovely staff. Was happy to know that my father was in good hands. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them, always at the end of the phone if I had any worries regarding his health, etc. I would definitely recommend them.
