Staff are friendly and helpful, nothing is too much hassle, and I am treated as an individual not just a case number, and to have a named carer is of Great help to me, as I have trust issues of I need extra support they are there for me.
Thank you for your fantastic feedback, we are so pleased that your experience with Avoston is so positive.
Always contactable and delivered exceptional care . Great communication skills.
Thank you so such for your kind words, its always lovely to hear great feedback, mum has the most amazing sense of humor and is a pleasure to care for.
Very caring, lovely staff. Was happy to know that my father was in good hands. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them, always at the end of the phone if I had any worries regarding his health, etc. I would definitely recommend them.
I could not be happier with this very professional, caring company that has managed to put a smile on my stepfather’s face again. His name for his carer is so appropriate his ‘ray of sunshine’. His carer looks after his every need from food, cleaning, hospital/doctors appointments, organising his medication and much more.
It is such a relief to have someone that I can trust and rely on to put his best interests first. I highly recommend this company.
