Post-hospital care needed to be set up very quickly with a number of unknown and uncertain timings. Abney & Baker were able to provide carer to cover the need. It would have been better if there had been consistency of carer and a greater choice of timing of visits but excellent given the short notice.

My husband has been a client for about 2 1/2 years. He needs some help with showering and dressing having mental, physical and sight impairment. Abney & Baker carers have been very kind and helpful, though we experience a considerable change over of staff. They also helped at lunchtime when I was unable
to give him his meal.

All carers are efficient but in our experience two are excellent and very helpful. Without them, we could not manage to stay at home.

As husband of wife (client) for 54 years I want only the best care for her. Been with Abney & Baker from 26/4/2019. My experiences, so many all good. We have carers 4 times a day. Carers of all ages, friendly and caring. Young men and women, nice to see them working so well with the older carers. You
will notice that I ticked excellent on all boxes - cannot fault. They also give me support when I feel down. Cannot thank them enough.

From the first day of using this service, it has been so helpful to me. All the carers have been delightful and have bonded with my husband because they have all chatted to him and explained who they are and what they are doing to help him. He is relaxed with them. He has his favourite but responds
well to them.
