My mother is 99 years old. She lives alone in a flat. Two years ago I discovered that Abney & Baker had opened a branch nearby and I asked them to start providing care for her. Mentally she is very capable but she has lost her sight and doesn't hear very well. Also, her mobility is quite poor. The family is very satisfied with the quality of care that Abney & Baker are providing. She has three visits by carers every day. They talk with her and look after her flat. She likes the carers who visit and tells me all about them. I am confident that Abney & Baker are providing care and companionship to a high standard.

Thank you so much for your wonderful review. We're honoured that you put your trust in us to support your mother and are delighted to hear that she's so happy with our team's care and companionship. It's heartwarming to know that she enjoys her time with our carers and feels so well cared for in her own home. Thank you again.
