We have been with this company for a short while, but at the moment everything is good. Mum seems happy the carers know how to handle her when she is being difficult!!!
Management is approachable and helpful.

From the first day of using this service, it has been so helpful to me. All the carers have been delightful and have bonded with my husband because they have all chatted to him and explained who they are and what they are doing to help him. He is relaxed with them. He has his favourite but responds
well to them.
