Ever since the service started to help our parents, carers are amazing and the management has been great to work with and work out the best care. High standards and professional. Trustworthy and reliable. All qualities that you want and should have from care providers.

We can't recommend Whell Care highly enough. We were lucky enough to have 2 wonderful members of staff take care of our dad/father-in-law and to say they always went above and beyond is an understatement. Management is fantastic as well. We'll be forever grateful that we had Whell care during difficult circumstances and they'll always be a part of the family going forward. Well done to all the staff, you're angels.

Whell Care provides a excellent service, my mam has been with them since they started. They have always gone above and beyond in every sense of the meaning, they are like a family and the people they care for become a part of that family. I have contacted them on several occasions in order to help get my mam the care she requires and they always give excellent advice and support in reaching the best care available for her. My mam doesn't get out much and the carers always make her day a lot less lonely and happier.

My Nan received care from this provider for a short period of time, as they all of a sudden stopped my Nan's care because "she was too hard work". All they had to do was administer her tablets, prompt her for a wash and make a small meal. They tried to say she was hard work and aggressive (total lies). They never even gave my Nan a chance to get to know her and try and build a relationship with her. Nor did they support or understand her needs. Very unprofessional and would not recommend!

My mother was cared for by Whell Care staff and their manager for almost two years, until her death in January. In the early part, they supported her desire to retain her independence concentrating on companionship and help with practical tasks. Then during my mother's final illness over 2020, the principal carer increasingly gave personal care in a very compassionate and thoughtful manner. In the last months, the carers and their manager were invaluable in their support to my sister and me as well as Mum and they became like family. We were able to increase visits and get help to change the living arrangements, such as moving to downstairs sleeping. I cannot speak highly enough of the service we were given and give my warmest recommendation to anyone considering employing Whell Care.

Really can't rate this company highly enough - excellent care and service. The manager and all her staff are very professional but also friendly, helpful and very accommodating, nothing is too much bother. They really go that extra mile and I would recommend them 100%.

The manager and her team have cared for my mother for the last 14 months. During this time, my mother's needs have intensified and the staff have always been on hand to assist. Nothing is ever a problem and the whole team always go above and beyond. The entire team show care and compassion and are very good at what they do. The manager manages a very professional operation and I would recommend Whellcare without hesitation. 'Whell Care' by name, and well care by nature.

The care that my mum has received from every member of the Whell Care team from day one has been absolutely outstanding. They are like family and go over and above on a daily basis. It is impossible to put into words just how amazing they are with Mum and without them, I don't know how we'd cope. Nothing is too much bother for them and I would recommend them to anyone needing care.
