I was so happy with the care Mum received from this care company. They were always ready at the end of the phone to answer any questions I had. They looked after Mum with kindness, friendliness, and dignity. Nothing was too much trouble for them. This removed a lot of stress for myself and my brothers.

The care provided to my mum was wonderful. She was treated with great affection and the utmost respect for her dignity. I felt supported too. The carers were perceptive of Mum's needs and kept me informed. When I was with her and the carers came I could see the affection she had for them. It gave me great confidence to know they would be coming daily. I cannot recommend them too highly.

Stepped in when another care company let us down badly. My mother-in-law left hospital to stay with us in poor condition needing regular care. I cannot praise the care she received highly enough until her passing this week. Other family members are trying to get their services, it is hard as they are so busy, but worth it if you can get hold of this A-team. Bad film references aside, I am amazed at how cheerful and truly caring each and every one that came to look after her was, including the bosses of the company that came out to her even working on her weekend off. I wish I could name these dedicated individuals but that is not allowed here. Having said that they all muck in and it's a team effort with a few stars but they all shine brightly. We could not have got through the last few weeks without them.

A very caring group of people, who always wanted the best for my Mother. They were always approachable with any concerns and would be in contact with all of the support needed moving on. One of the Management team would often contact regards any issues and was so supportive throughout - I would thoroughly recommend.

The team at All 4 U Care had been caring for my bed-bound mother for almost 3 years. During that time they became trusted friends to my mother, sister, and I. Their genuine and unconditional care and love for our mother helped us all get through what has been an extremely difficult time in our lives. Our mother’s life turned upside down following a severe stroke, she became totally dependent upon others for everything. From the moment the team started looking after mummy my sister and I felt a sense of relief that finally, we could start to live our lives again. Before they came on the scene there were constant worries and issues about the level and consistency of care our mother was getting. As we both worked full time the stress on us was tremendous. All 4 U Care were always there, they were kind, professional, and above all caring. They helped to make our mother’s final years happy and fulfilled.

Having to organise additional help for my (very reluctant) 95-year-old aunt was 'advanced level' adulting and getting it right a huge responsibility. Finding an agency in 2021 feels like a huge risk and the relief when it works out is immense. My sister and I have felt supported by the agency and my aunt, who is not suffering from dementia, and I am delighted to be able to report that after 12 months of using the agency she was able to say that the care was very good! Phew!

I started caring for my mum during my maternity leave. When that ended I had no option but to go back to work. I didn’t want to leave mum but needed to do this for financial reasons. I found All 4 U Care and they made me feel so at ease. I have been using them for over a year and the service is fantastic. The professional care they provide for my mum is outstanding. The genuine care they show for my mum speaks volumes. I have never looked back. I would highly recommend to anyone. Diamond class service.

When dad eventually succumbed to requiring care in July 2020 at the age of 93, his and the family's experience of such matters was limited. Our decision to employ All 4 U Care was, as it has certainly turned out, the right one. After their initial home visit to meet my father and us we were immediately impressed by their professionalism, experience yet sympathetic approach to care in the home. Despite the complications and restrictions of Covid, dad's 4 or 5 hospital admissions and the resulting escalation in the amount of care he required, every one of his girls - as he calls them - have continued to treat him with compassion, understanding, respect, patience and importantly good humour. The Manager and her team have liaised with other NHS agencies on his and our behalf and have kept us informed of any problems or needs and are always prepared to make short notice arrangements or changes to schedules if at all possible. I would have no hesitation in recommending All 4 U Care.

All 4 U Care have been a fantastic choice for us. Mum became bedbound and I couldn’t care for her alone anymore, I needed help getting Mum up, washed and dressed. I was very worried about this as Mum was stubborn and didn’t want anyone else in our home, but I shouldn’t have been, as you made it a really easy process that Mum accepted without any trouble as you were all so jolly and friendly. She loved her regular person and all the other ladies that came to help her too. I really appreciate all you have done for me and Mum, you are a great team from Management to the lovely carers. So friendly and professional, I recommend you to everyone. Wish I had done it years ago.

Staff very good. Punctual, polite, helpful. Both myself and my husband had covid and they helped us through it. Friendly staff, do the best job. I've had other agencies but these are the best ones.

All 4 U Care have been such a great support for my Mum who really values their company and assistance with meals. During lockdown, they have helped with the extra things which have needed doing like washing Mum's hair. It's like having a bigger family. Thank you.

All 4 U care has been nothing but brilliant for my dad - they are brilliant staff with great personalities who thoroughly support my mum in looking after my disabled father with dementia. They are always on time, reliable and if there is anything else we need from them they always try to help. The manager and the team have been brilliant with the current Covid crisis - they have always been safe, using appropriate PPE, and when my father has caught Covid - they still provided a fantastic service for us and put themselves on the front line - which we really appreciated. If ever there is an issue we are contacted straight away. I would thoroughly recommend All 4 U care agency to anyone.

My mother had a severe stroke several years ago leaving her bed-bound. This is the 4th care company we have used and they far outshine the others. Their kindness and dedication go beyond anything we expected and they showed such expertise and knowledge when Mum had to be taken by ambulance to the hospital recently. They are a wonderful team with very professional management in place. As a family, we feel so comfortable knowing our Mum is in the best hands possible. Thank you to all the team.

The carers started caring for my husband at the beginning of 2020. They were always cheerful and efficient and friendly toward my husband. As he enjoyed singing they would often sing along with him. I cannot recommend them highly enough. My husband was extremely happy for them to deal with all his caring needs.

The care at 'All 4 U Care' was exceptional and second to none. The manager and all the carers provided my Aunt with excellent care and help and went out of their way to make sure my Aunt was comfortable at all times. They made sure I was kept up to date with my Aunt's health and medication and was in regular contact, especially when I could not visit during the Covid-19 pandemic. We could not have asked for more from All 4 U Care as they have all been so kind and helpful throughout their time caring for my Aunt, I would like to express special thanks to the lady who arranged to stay with my Aunt overnight in her final hours, I am very grateful. I would highly recommend All 4 U Care as I could not fault their professionalism and my aunt was very fond of the girls. My experience with the manager and girls was outstanding and we thank you for all your help. Best wishes.

ALL 4 U Care provides excellent care. Today they went over and above when my father fell out of his bed at home. The actions they took avoided an unnecessary trip to A & E and in doing so avoided contact with paramedics and hospital staff, which I considered a danger to his health because of covid. He has terminal cancer, and they provide 5-star palliative care. The staff are amazing and have won over my 93-year-old father, someone who 6-months ago would not have had a carer anywhere near.

Brilliant service! The girls cared for my Nan. They made nan so clean and tidy daily! Made her comfy and generally lovely girls! Can’t recommend enough!
