The first time in leaving my husband overnight since his brain injury four years ago. The team were thoroughly prepared for all his needs, incredibly kind and considerate, not to mention my home was immaculate when I returned. My husband doesn't like me leaving the room let alone the night so this was a big step for us. It couldn't have gone better and I look forward to some more respite soon.

The girls at Alpha cared for my mother who had dementia for two years. They were the second agency I had in to care for her and I cannot fault them. The carers all knew their responsibilities and were well trained, they were compassionate, patient and took great effort into making my mother feel comfortable, safe, and respected. The carers that she had on a regular basis, would go above and beyond for my mother. I cannot thank them enough.

Alpha Health and Care Services made such a big difference in my life and I am forever grateful. My experience with Alpha carers has been a very good experience because I grew to have a relationship with many of their carers and felt they really cared for me and this made me very comfortable to be able to share my space and home with them. Having chats with carers made my day and also positively made a difference in my emotional and mental health well-being. My choices have always been respected.

Alpha Carers went over and beyond to help me with the things I struggled with or could not get help from other services. Alpha made such a big difference in my life in a way that ever since Alpha started to look after me over two years ago, I have not wanted to move to any another agency.

As a service user, Alpha carers have always done what they can to provide care for me and encourage my independence. It was difficult for me after having a stroke and other issues to rely on help from other people since I had lost contact with friends due to long-term hospitalisation and losing my phone. Alpha has been with me from the beginning of my journey and they have supported me to grow stronger physically, emotionally and mentally. I am forever grateful for the care of Alpha Health & Care Services. They went above and beyond for me.
