Helping Hands Dartford run by Adele & her Team have been invaluable in caring for my Mum in her own home.

Without their ongoing support & experience we would have had to find alternative accommodation & possibly a Care Home for my Mum.

The quality of care my Mum receives is second to none with her being shown kindness & companionship.

I am very pleased with the service that my sister is receiving from the Dartford branch of Helping Hands. I am particularly impressed with the way in which they provide and accommodate for the needs of the client and also take a personal interest in the care they think the client needs, which the client themselves may well have not thought about. Leza and Adele's attitudes are both of a caring nature and concern for the client, as well as being very professional and respectful to all concerned.

I would most certainly recommend Helping Hands to anyone in need of home carers, as the Company is very well organised and efficiently run.

Helping hands have been the greatest support for both my mother and father in law but also to the whole family. The staff have always been caring and supportive. Adele went above and beyond to fully understand the family set up and situation to help my father in law maintain his independence and dignity whilst also making sure the families care concerns were supported.

Helping hands are amazing. Adele is very helpful and was very accommodating of my mum's needs. The carers were superb and always courteous to my mum. They couldn't do enough for her at all times. We were very grateful for their support.

My mum needed the help of carers after she had a fall in the garden.The jobs the carers provided help with were making meals, washing up , hair washing and any other assistance my mum needed while they were there. My mum found all the carers polite, caring and helpful, and we would recommend Helping Hands to anyone looking for carers help.

A big thankyou to helping hands Adele and all carers for the care given to my mother over the past few years. The care was always professional and loving. Maybe not the cheapest available but worth the extra. Myself and family would highly recommend their services.

I would definitely recommend Helping Hands to others and the only reason that I haven't given 5 stars is due to the difficulty trying to access the daily updates on the App. But that wasn't for the want of trying on Helping Hands part.

Thank you so much for your prompt and continued help in providing my father with support following a recent fall. The on call team and local branch manager responded promptly and swiftly in putting into place a plan to support him and also continue to arrange on going support in these recent weeks, re arranging the same carer val and another carer to support. Thank you so much very appreciated.

The last 4 days of care that my husband had with you were all friendly helpful and caring. They also helped me through a very difficult time. I had to increase the hours and it was done speedly and without any fuss.

Only a recent user of Helping Hands for my mum and so far we are very pleased with the choice of carers the company has provided. So far this was a good family choice and hopefully, it will continue. We would recommend their services.

I cannot recommend Helping Hands Dartford highly enough and we would happily use them again if the situation arose.

All recent carers I have had have been like friends and I look forward to seeing them.

This year, I have trained many carers (new to the house). I have done the job for the carers, showering them/what needs to be done whilst paying for the carer to be there! I am interested in your response to this, as I feel it's not very fair.

Always ask if she can do anything else.

The initial interview meeting was very lengthy in terms of the number of questions asked and this could not have happened if I had not been present to support my mum who has dementia. Having said that I am aware of the need for the collection of this information. The manager attending was professional and friendly. Mum's carer was bubbly, and friendly and established a good rapport with mum and cared for her very well indeed during my holiday break.

I would also like to say thank you for the updates we have received during lockdown.

We have now been using Helping Hands for a month and Mum has been really pleased with the support she has been given. All the carers have been lovely and nothing is too much trouble! They will do a variety of tasks she cants manage, such as bed making, hoovering, etc. Importantly she told me recently how she looks forward to the visits and enjoys the company.
