Thank you to the team at Compassion Plus Care, who looked after my mum with dignity and professionalism. They were gentle and patient,, dealt well with the bouts of confusion caused by mums dementia, and often lit up her days with their cheerful chat. The constant changing rotas were always supported and I always felt that I had had their backing. I cannot recommend them enough.

We felt so supported as a family and I am full of admiration for the staff, who are all exceptional people.

Compassion Care Plus cared for my mum whilst I was on respite in July. I deliberately chose this organisation because many of their carers love Jesus as my mum does. This gave me peace and confidence as they cared for my mum professionally and did their best as their ultimate boss is God. They loved and cared for mum brilliantly and I highly recommend this company.

Very impressed with all employees, they are very professional, friendly, kind, on-time and helpful. My mother-in-law has felt very comfortable with all her carers, and has total confidence in them. Management have been very helpful; communication with them has been easy and they've been available at any time. We're very grateful for the ease in which care has been organised and carried out. It's been a difficult time for my mother in law, but having such a good care service supporting her, has made a positive difference. We're very grateful for the brilliant care given to my mother in law.

We've been really delighted with the care provided for our daughter by Compassion Plus Healthcare. Our daughter has learning difficulties and lives in her own home. The ladies who have been supporting her are young, energetic, fun and extremely professional and competent. Our daughter liked them immediately. They are very well trained and qualified. We have worked closely with them to explain her specific needs as she is non-verbal. The staff have listened carefully and quickly taken on board everything we have asked of them. They keep in close contact with me and ask questions if they are unsure, and they use their initiative too. I feel my daughter is in safe hands and extremely well cared for. And she has a great time and really enjoys their company. We simply could not ask for better support really. The carers are just fabulous.

Cannot thank all the staff enough, my dad has been having them since August 2023. It was new for him but they have helped him to settle and took time to get to know him, and are helping him regain confidence and independence, he's very comfortable with them all they're like part of his family, he and his family have peace of mind knowing if we need any help both carers and office staff are always willing to do what they can to help. Thank you all so much for everything on behalf of my Dad.

The team from Compassion Plus Healthcare are excellent. My husband has been treated with the utmost care. My husband has awkward moments but they are patient, kind and caring. They have treated my home with respect and if they can help me in any way, they are willing to do so. They have also been punctual which helps our situation.

Carers are very patient with my grandad, well mannered and attentive. Always on time and pleasant to talk to and easygoing. One carer, in particular, is fantastic, Grandad is lucky to have them caring for him.

My dad has been cared for since just before Christmas 2022. It was all a bit of a rush but the care we have had from your carers is absolutely brilliant. Compassion Plus Healthcare is my first experience in private-sector care provision. I have found that they provide the services I have requested every day consistently. Their carers are friendly, caring, efficient and polite. They arrive on time every time. The management responded quickly to arrange my care when public sector care was withdrawn at short notice. My son moved into a beautiful supported living house in March 2022. He has been unwell and was in hospital for 9 to 10 weeks prior to moving in. He has settled in so quickly and is doing so well! The staff are amazing, so dedicated, kind and do an impeccable job! I have never ever come across a care company that looks after and supports my son so brilliantly. I am in awe of how well they look after my son! Finally, my son has got such amazing care! Thank you Compassion Plus from the bottom of my heart!
