Do not employ this company to look after anyone vulnerable, I had raised a complaint previously with the director (wasn't really interesting in anything I had to say,, He assured me all staff were vetted and trust worthy , well obviously not , my mum is vulnerable, 88 years old and has dementia and the carer has been stealing from her home. The home she has lived in for 55 years. We trusted them to take care of her , they were only there 8 hours a week for a little break for us as mum needs 24 hour care. Wouldn't trust them to take care of my pet frog let alone my precious mother. Found a fantastic company now , fully recommend them.
Thank you for raising your concerns with us about the allegation of a stolen cigarette. As requested previously, please send the video evidence to our manager so that we can fully investigate.
We do wish you luck with your new care provider.
Kind Regards
Kelly Oliver Dougall
An excellent service was provided.
Visits four times a day, seven days a week.
The carers did a great job, especially with cheering her up.
My thanks to you all.
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us such a positive review. We love being able to help when we can and I am delighted that you have had a positive experience, despite the not so positive circumstances. I do hope your mother is feeling better.
The Unisus Care carers were an incredible support to our mother and our family. They were deeply caring and loving with our mother, treating her with the greatest respect and dignity. This is a very special team and as a family we will always be grateful.
Thank you for your lovely review. It was a privilege to support your mother and your family. We will miss you all.
My dad hasn’t had his package long but in that time, the care and carers have been brilliant so credit, where credit is due. They go beyond what needs to be done and the management also, if there is a hiccup they help. Thank you all. This helps us, as a family, loads that he’s being looked after by carers that care.
Hi Lisa, I am so pleased you are having a positive experience of care with us. Thank you for your lovely review. We appreciate it and it is a pleasure to be able to help your Dad.
Over the last few months, we have had wonderful support from the carers looking after my Mum. They visit her three times a day for personal care and to ensure she has her meals and drinks. They are kind and caring and go above and beyond what they need to. One even baked Mum a cake for her birthday when she wasn’t even in duty. The manager is hugely supportive and I know I can ring her anytime to discuss Mum's needs. It gives me and my sister a great deal of comfort and confidence. I would highly recommend Unisus and have already recommended them to my friend for his Dad's care needs. Thank you all.

Thank you for your review. We love working with you and your wife.
The care service comes each morning and afternoon to make sure I take all my medication correctly. Twice a week they give me a morning shower. I also get taken shopping once a week. I get on with all carers and management.
I am so pleased you are happy with your care as we love working with you.
My carers are both tolerant and patient and treat me gently. We have a great rapport between us as I am bedridden with a stroke and I am thankful for all their help.
