Due to postcode it was proving a struggle to acquire level of help/care needed. It was suggested a live-in carer could be our best option. A meeting was arranged at our home for an assessment. It went very well. We both felt hopeful and reassured. Five days later an experienced, professional carer arrived on the doorstep. The relief to meet such a kind, smily, gentle nurse was huge! She was capable, knowledgeable, thoughtful and sensitive. Three weeks of top class care followed.

Ever good medicals delivered care to my relative. They were very punctual and very professional. All staff who came in to give care were very experienced with very good communication skills. All tasks were done without rushing with 1st class services if I can put it that way. Clean liness was observed with effective use of PPE whenever neededwhile hiving care to my relative. Being a very observant person,all staff showed sympathy/ empathy to my relative. And yes we will use Evergood medicals if needed again in future.

Would recommend their care services for elderly and those with long term medical conditions.

Due to the urgent need for 24/7 care, a temporary carer was put in place over the weekend, whom I didnt get a chance to meet, but then live in carer, Talent, arrived on a 3 week placement. Talent was very kind and patient with my Uncle, who was on an end of life pathway. Communication was good, with all my Uncle's needs met. Sadly he passed quite quickly, so the Care Agency Services were only used for a period of 3 weeks.

The access to this help through the local All Age Continuing Care team was invaluable.

I found Ever good very professional at all times more importantly their response was immediate to various requests and they always came back when you left messages for them to call you

Another aspect of Ever good service was that all their staff arrived on a timely manner which when you are caring for someone who is very sick it helps enormously

Evergood Medical provided seamless day to day care for my Sister-in-Law, enabling us to fulfil her wish of staying in her own home. For that we are truly thankful. I would however also like to add a few comments regarding the live-in care and how carer's treat property and how medications were managed. Not as a criticism but more a suggestion of how to make Evergood a truly professional organisation in all aspects: Firstly, the care to be taken when living in someone's home and the need to clean up after spillages. I fully understand that it is not a carer's duty to do the housework, but it is their responsibility to clean up after themselves. Secondly, the management of prescribed drugs and the volumes held within the patient's home. In our case, on tidying up the house after my sister-in laws passing we found an excessive amount of unused prescribed drugs. With the above comments put aside, we as a family are truly grateful for the care and support provided.

My overall experience with Evergood Medicals has been good so far. I have been a client of theirs since June 2024, when I was able to come home after 2 years in hospital and nursing homes. Although I am now living in my own home with my wife, I have a 24-hour care package due to my complex medical needs. I have a competent team of carers that my wife and I are happy with. If I do have any concerns about my treatments or medical supplies, I know I can ring Evergoods any time and they will sort things out as quickly as possible for me.

Evergood have been caring for my mum since July 2024 and they have been excellent. Mum found it difficult to adjust to having carers and Evergood were both consistent in approach and patient. It is not the same carer that attends each day but there is a pool of a few different carers who attend and who mum has become accustomed to. Each carer has their own individual strengths so it is good to have the variety, and allows my mum the chance to speak to someone different each time.

Evergood staff are almost always accessible and very accommodating. There have been times where keys cannot be found, mum has inadvertently locked herself in a room, or other issues and Evergood staff have always gone above and beyond to assist. Evergood are a care provide I can trust.

I am receiving very good care from the Carers from Evergood Medicals. Very kind hard working, caring carers. The office staff are always listening to every request. I have been looked after since the past few years and I am ever happy. I recommend them.

We have had carers for my husband for over a year from Evergood Medical. The care we receive from them is of a very high standard. They are punctual and reliable. I feel totally confident in leaving my husband with them and he enjoys their company. I am also very appreciative of staff in the office who are always very helpful and flexible in accommodating to our needs.

We have found the carers to be excellent, they are very caring and compassionate.They listen to what my husband needs, they interact with him at a good level, engage in conversation, they husband with his exercises which is very helpful to him.

Management is also very friendly and easy to talk to and they are always there to support.

Very caring and professional, flexible nothing was too much trouble. The communication was brilliant including my family at every step of my care needs. They were there for all the family at a very traumatic time in our lives.

The service was overwhelmingly good. I could ask for and receive any help. The staff took time to understand our needs and were very patient. During stressful times the staff support was both professional and caring in personal ways as they took time to get to know both of us and our needs. Highly recommended!
