My son has a great connection with many the staff that come in to the home also to work with him one to one at a day center . Do go out there road if he's in hospital always there to help n support so they like family
My daughter is really happy with her support workers. She looks forward to them coming for her in the morning and always has a smile on her face when they arrive. They understand her needs and communicate with her through gestures and speech. They take her to places that she loves to go to and always let me know what she's been up to when they bring her home.
Professional staff and managers, always polite and kind. My son always feels comfortable and safe with his staff and can get along well with them, it's nice to hear them having a chat and a giggle whilst I make the evening meal and get on with other jobs while someone does this job. It one less job for me to worry about.
