The manager and her team at Gofal Ystwyth have given my mother outstanding care for the last 10-months since she became housebound. They are professional, approachable and caring. I also can not praise them too highly enough for the way they have coped with all the additional issues that in the current epidemic has caused, such as arranging shopping for my mum as I can not visit her. As a family, we were impressed with the level of care provided to our mother by the whole team involved at the Gofal Ystwyth Care agency. Each member was professional and provided high-level care, which was evident when we visited, and when we were communicating daily by video call. The team who visited four times a day, were kind and caring, sometimes staying on longer when there were serious issues to resolve - such as after a fall and waiting for an ambulance. For our 90-year-old mother, these visits were not only beneficial from a medical perspective, but also from a socialisation point of view, with the carers becoming her window to the outside world, especially after the start of the Covid-19 lock-down. On behalf of the family, I would like to say "thank you" to the whole team at Gofal Ystwyth for the quality of care provided to our mother.

I found the carers to be respectful and thorough; they provided just the right level of care. The company were able to support Mum in a way that ensured she maintained an independent life at home well into her 90s.
