The team provided home care for my partner following a stroke for 4 years, their care allowed my partner to remain at home - excellent company to deal with and all the carers are understanding, hard working patient and kind - the care is always consistent.
Good communication within the agency itself and we are always kept updated. I have no hesitation in recommending Gofal Ystwyth Care to anyone who is looking for homecare.

Gofal Ystwyth was recommended to us by a local healthcare professional and they have provided regular, friendly and professional weekly care to my father for the last eighteen months or so. Then when my father’s abilities declined quite rapidly, they were highly responsive to the urgency of our situation.
Gofal Ystwyth rapidly undertook a new assessment and were able to provide daily care to a very helpful schedule. This helped make Dad’s transition to a new flat more successful. Best of all, the care staff that Gofal Ystwyth provide have all been great - Dad gets to know them and ends up enjoying their company. Thanks for your professionalism and high standards of care, Gofal Ystwyth.

I cannot speak highly enough of this company. My mother who has advanced Alzheimers is being looked after in her home environment in the most gentle and sophisticated way. Communication is superb, thorough and effective with all members of the family. Their presentation is always immaculate. The service

Always available during times of emergency and the provision of help has been extremely helpful in the relief of the emergency. The manager and her team at Gofal Ystwyth have given my mother outstanding care for the last 10-months since she became housebound. They are professional, approachable and caring. I also can not praise them too highly enough for the way they have coped with all the additional issues that in the current
epidemic has caused, such as arranging shopping for my mum as I can not visit her. I know my mum is in safe hands when being cared for by the manager and the carers at Gofal Ystwyth.

As a family, we were impressed with the level of care provided to our mother by the whole team involved at the Gofal Ystwyth Care agency. Each member was professional and provided high-level care, which was evident when we visited, and when we were communicating daily by video call. The team who visited
four times a day, were kind and caring, sometimes staying on longer when there were serious issues to resolve - such as after a fall and waiting for an ambulance. For our 90-year-old mother, these visits were not only beneficial from a medical perspective, but also from a socialisation point of view, with the carers becoming her window to the outside world, especially after the start of the Covid-19 lock-down. On behalf of the family, I would like to say "thank you" to the whole team at Gofal Ystwyth for the quality of care provided to our mother.

I found the carers to be respectful and thorough; they provided just the right level of care. The company were able to support Mum in a way that ensured she maintained an independent life at home well into her 90s.

We cannot fault the care we are given. They always brighten up my mum's day and she looks forward to seeing them. The communication with the company is superb. We have already recommended the company to friends and are glad our mum is so well looked after- it is peace of mind.

We were pleased with the kind and professional approach of this care agency. The care was tailored to my mother's needs, respectful and documented in appropriate and well thought out care plans. The staff were always on time for home visits and well presented.
