Feel confident that my brother-in-law is being looked after. Impressed with the fact that I can always get hold of the managers to talk to them if I have any concerns. Their advice has been very helpful in the past.

All carers are extremely good and on very friendly terms. I would add that one of them is too thorough and puts things away out of reach. Anyway, top marks to all of them.

Staff are diligent in their care of the client and show good awareness of needs. Communication with family is excellent and good records are kept. Carers are friendly and helpful putting the client at ease at all times. One small area of improvement I would like to see is invoices being fully itemised rather than the weekly cost given. On the whole, an excellent service is provided.

Great support to both the client and wife. Help beyond, like arranging swimming and risk assessment of swimming pool and changing area. Also, assist with swimming.

I have been in receipt of care from this company for the past two years and cannot praise them enough. They look after my pastoral care as I have mobility problems and cannot walk without the use of either a walking frame or crutches. These carers are second to none. Having been in receipt of other caring companies who did not care at all. I was so lucky to find this company and am absolutely delighted with the care. They cannot do enough for you and they are efficient, always on time and are very kind.

This home care provider really does care! Active Homecare are providing the care and support that my parents need and in exactly the way they want it. Without exception, every staff member is friendly, shows respect for both my parents and their home. They help Mum do things the way she wants them done and in a happy way that nothing is any trouble. The package is individualised to meet the needs. The carers arrive on time and my parents always know who to expect. The staff are all doing a job they love and are obviously well supported by their managers. Well done to all involved you are truly making a difference.

My family has benefitted from the exemplary care provided by Active Homecare for 12 months now and it seemed the right time to say that their standard of care, compassion, reliability, and professionalism is unsurpassed. The manager instils the highest of standards and values in her team who, without exception, provide a truly outstanding service. My Mum really looks forward to their visits. The team are friendly, positive, caring and all genuinely love their work. They cannot do enough for my Mum and have on many occasions gone way above what could reasonably be expected of them. They take the initiative with any health concerns and have on many occasions made direct contact with the Doctor and organised prescriptions which they have also later collected. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

It took our family a good year to get the right care in place for our father. Our father's carer has fitted in so quickly and is exemplary. We can finally relax knowing that dad is met with the needs required.

Excellent service, very understanding.

All carers had a personal and helpful approach and attended to my mum's needs on all visits. The owner even dealt with my mother's doctor on my behalf several times. Highly rated for the team - faultless service. All praise well deserved.

The Manager of Active Homecare, Dunstable and all her staff are simply amazing.

They have been absolutely key in helping our Mum on the road to recovery and also in reminding our Dad when he forgets things. We couldn't have done without them during this difficult time. Their caring professionalism is outstanding and they were so kind and patient with our parents. They also, when needed liaised with other healthcare professionals on our behalf and communicated with us constantly. Just as importantly and above all, they were friendly faces for our parents to see and have a laugh with during this strange COVID-19 year. I would recommend this caring company to anyone.

Active Homecare, I honestly could not recommend them enough. I stumbled upon this relatively new company after my last care agency dropped me at very short notice. I found the manager of Active Homecare when I rang central beds for recommendations of a care agency. And so my journey began.
The manager came to my home and assessed my home and needs within a couple of days.
she was immediately very very amiable and I had no problem at all welcoming her in my home to care for predominantly myself but also to include my teenage daughter and my dog.
Everything in my life has just improved since being with this care agency.
my home is well maintained my living facilities are kept clean and usable. My healthy meals and beverages are prepared for myself and my daughter without fault.
All this has had a knock-on effect on myself and my daughter, with friends and close family or commenting on my uplift in mood and general approach to my uplift in life.

Thank you to all the active team!
