Thank you so much for your constructive feedback. This is incredibly valuable to us. As discussed with our Field Care Superviser, all of our carers may have different development plans but they are receive the same core training. There is not a single carer who has not meet the required training and competency thresholds required to work with our service users.We aim to ensure that we have a consistent, long time carer for your child. This allows them to build a relationship and a deep understanding of your child. I am really glad that you are so pleased with your main carer. We try to capture as many nuances as we can in the care plan. However, inevitably, any carer that is covering for the main carer will not have the same relationship at the outset.However, we completely accept your feedback and will work with you to ensure we can improve your satisfaction if ever your main carer is away.Thank you, once again for this feedback.

Hello my name is Beya Kalala. I am the Senior Service Delivery Manager at Care Resolution. This means that I am in charge of ensuring that our clients are happy and have everything they need. I oversee a team of Coordinators, administrators and Field Care Supervisors to constantly ensure that we understand and deliver what you want from us.
I have spent all my working life (12 years) in the care industry. This job is extremely hard work but I absolutely love domiciliary care. I get to meet amazing clients and carers. I love making a difference in people's lives on a daily basis. I cannot imagine that I would get the satisfaction that I get in care anywhere else.
What do I do in my free time? Apart from harassing my directors about new ideas to improve care, I spend time with my family and enjoy a good box set.
Hello, My Name is Rimon Chowdhury and I am a Care Manager. I have a Bsc in Botany and zoology and Level 5 Diploma in leadership for health and social care and children and young people’s service (Adults’ Management). I have been working in Health and Social Care since 2010.
I have been working with Care Resolution Ltd since June 2019. My Job has a lot of layers to it including managing resources, monitoring performance, staff management and providing sound leadership. I am also responsible for the safe delivery of the service. I do much much more but everything that I do in
my role is to ensure the delivery of high quality person centred care and support and non-discriminatory care practice.
I chose to go into the healthcare profession after my grandmother passed away. The experience I had, gave me a burning desire to work within the care sector. I started out as a domiciliary care assistant and progress from there and I haven’t looked back since. I Feel passionate about my job role and very much enjoy working and helping provide care and support to our customers.
Knowing how much of a difference this will make to their life, make me very happy. Staying engaged and motivated individuals with their needs can be sometimes challenging but equally rewarding. I love my job and the purpose it gives me.
Outside of my main role, I am a keen American pool and Bowling ballplayer. I also enjoy playing Minecraft, warzone and spending time with my kids. I keep myself active and fit by going to the Gym. It has been such an amazing experience working with my Colleagues and Management team at Care Resolution Ltd and I look forward to continuing my Journey with Care Resolution Ltd
