The staff allocated for my son have been very helpful. I could certainly say that she has provided us respite. She is able to cover what is expected of her and most especially, she is always very punctual. Outside the staff allocated services can be inconsistent. More training to other staff so that they can provide consistent support to everyone.

I've been supported by a male carer for my teenage son. The service from the assessment to the carer has been nothing short of excellent. The staff has been accommodating, professional and excellent communicators. And my son's carer has been great with my son, he is patient, understanding and communicates clearly with my son. My son enjoys his time with the carer, and he looks forward to seeing him during the holidays.

We are extremely satisfied with the care provided by Care Resolution. The carers are professional, have empathy, treat my husband with total respect and dignity. They are always on time and understand the importance of my husband's routine, working in partnership with the other carers from a different agency ensuring my husband is safe and cared for. The carers are very friendly always smiling, they have respect for our home as well as the rest of the family. The staff in the office are also very good, communicate well when required.

The carer was employed to care for my dad in his final stages. The carer was punctual, attentive, very professional and extremely compassionate. There were some very difficult times but the carer handled them with absolute respect. As a family, we are very grateful. His service to my dad was invaluable, he is definitely an asset to his team. My sister was having a very hard time dealing with terminal cancer and severe lymphoedema which was making her life very difficult.
The carer was a ray of sunshine throughout the two months she looked after her. She was always punctual, very reliable and extremely kind. She did her job thoroughly, helping my sister wash and clean herself and also helped with some domestic duties like washing up.
She was also lovely to both my father and I which meant a lot to us at a very stressful time in our lives.

Hello my name is Beya Kalala. I am the Senior Service Delivery Manager at Care Resolution. This means that I am in charge of ensuring that our clients are happy and have everything they need. I oversee a team of Coordinators, administrators and Field Care Supervisors to constantly ensure that we understand and deliver what you want from us.
I have spent all my working life (12 years) in the care industry. This job is extremely hard work but I absolutely love domiciliary care. I get to meet amazing clients and carers. I love making a difference in people's lives on a daily basis. I cannot imagine that I would get the satisfaction that I get in care anywhere else.
What do I do in my free time? Apart from harassing my directors about new ideas to improve care, I spend time with my family and enjoy a good box set.
Hello, My Name is Rimon Chowdhury and I am a Care Manager. I have a Bsc in Botany and zoology and Level 5 Diploma in leadership for health and social care and children and young people’s service (Adults’ Management). I have been working in Health and Social Care since 2010.
my role is to ensure the delivery of high quality person centred care and support and non-discriminatory care practice.
I chose to go into the healthcare profession after my grandmother passed away. The experience I had, gave me a burning desire to work within the care sector. I started out as a domiciliary care assistant and progress from there and I haven’t looked back since. I Feel passionate about my job role and very much enjoy working and helping provide care and support to our customers.
Knowing how much of a difference this will make to their life, make me very happy. Staying engaged and motivated individuals with their needs can be sometimes challenging but equally rewarding. I love my job and the purpose it gives me.
Outside of my main role, I am a keen American pool and Bowling ballplayer. I also enjoy playing Minecraft, warzone and spending time with my kids. I keep myself active and fit by going to the Gym.
