Care service is going very well and Kayden is engaging well with all the carers that come. Very happy getting this support for my son.

The staff allocated for my son have been very helpful. I could certainly say that she has provided us respite. She is able to cover what is expected of her and most especially, she is always very punctual. Outside the staff allocated services can be inconsistent. More training to other staff so that
they can provide consistent support to everyone.

I've been supported by a male carer for my teenage son. The service from the assessment to the carer has been nothing short of excellent. The staff has been accommodating, professional and excellent communicators. And my son's carer has been great with my son, he is patient, understanding and
communicates clearly with my son. My son enjoys his time with the carer, and he looks forward to seeing him during the holidays.

We are extremely satisfied with the care provided by Care Resolution. The carers are professional, have empathy, treat my husband with total respect and dignity. They are always on time and understand the importance of my husband's routine, working in partnership with the other carers from a
different agency ensuring my husband is safe and cared for. The carers are very friendly always smiling, they have respect for our home as well as the rest of the family. The staff in the office are also very good, communicate well when required.

My father is very positive about the care he has received from Care Resolution ltd. His carers are always courteous and gently with him. They listen to his needs and treat him with respect.

We are bless that we have a particular carer who is brilliant with my mum. We could not wish for better. We feel confident and happy that we know she is being looked after to the highest of standards. She is kind, considerate, treated with dignity and we know that my mum is happy to have her as her
carer.

The carer was employed to care for my dad in his final stages. The carer was punctual, attentive, very professional and extremely compassionate. There were some very difficult times but the carer handled them with absolute respect. As a family, we are very grateful. His service to my dad was
invaluable, he is definitely an asset to his team. Thank you.

My sister was looked after by a carer. She was completely brilliant and put my sister at ease from the day she started.
My sister was having a very hard time dealing with terminal cancer and severe lymphoedema which was making her life very difficult.
The carer was a ray of sunshine throughout the
two months she looked after her. She was always punctual, very reliable and extremely kind. She did her job thoroughly, helping my sister wash and clean herself and also helped with some domestic duties like washing up.
She was also lovely to both my father and I which meant a lot to us at a very stressful time in our lives.
Thank you to the carer.
