I have received care for several years and cannot fault the service I have received as I am House-Bound, am 91 years old, am very independent and ensure I continue to live my life as I have always done, despite having a Stroke in 2015 still have a balance problem, also have COPD, but prepare and cook my own meals, do my own washing/ironing. housework etc but suffer from lack of contact with people on a day-to-day basis and also require checks to establish whether I have fallen and need medical help, if I am unable to contact 111. However, I do have the means to call for help if I need it. However, a Carer is the ideal solution to this problem, apart from being a source of contact and conversation on a regular basis. However, I look forward to Carers visits and I am so grateful that carers come to my home on a regular basis.,

I have used Gold Standard care and I can honestly say they are totally amazing..I seriously can't say anything but brilliant. The carers speak to my mum with dignity. And they always have time for me too if I happen to arrive at the house whilst they are there.

And they always have time for me too if I happen to arrive at the house whilst they are there. I have used other care agencies and have refused to pay bills due to neglect. So I know what I'm talking about when I say the way this company is run deserves 5 stars.
