My experience of Gold Standard Care has been extremely positive. The owners are very professional, knowledgable and hands on when needed. The carers are well trained, punctual, and always friendly. They are all very kind and will go the extra mile to help mum with whatever she needs. It is like one
big family.

Gold standard. Well, what can I say! Such a kind, caring staff who go above and beyond to help their clients, nothing is too much for them, from taking them shopping to just popping to see them. Brilliant people.

Gold Standard Care go above and beyond to put service users first. A small but exceptional team, who I have witnessed go out of their way to meet client's specific needs, staying with my Mum until we got there after a fall, supporting my Mum at my son's wedding and genuinely knowing each client as
an individual, kind and professional at all times.

I have used Gold Standard care and I can honestly say they are totally amazing..I seriously can't say anything but brilliant. The carers speak to my mum with dignity. And they always have time for me too if I happen to arrive at the house whilst they are there. I have used other care agencies and
have refused to pay bills due to neglect. So I know what I'm talking about when I say the way this company is run deserves 5 stars. Great communication and reliability.
