They take time to listen and understand our situation, always ensuring that care is delivered in a way that makes us feel safe and respected. I especially appreciate how patient and attentive they are with my son, making sure he is comfortable, engaged, and well looked after.
The staff are punctual, trustworthy, and show genuine kindness in everything they do. They handle tasks efficiently while also providing emotional reassurance, which has made a big difference for us.
My experience with the care given to my dad has been excellent. The carers have looked after my dad with dignity. I can not fault them. I would recommend them to any one needing care. My dad looks forward to them coming as he had a chat, a laugh with them. I find them to be caring and trustworthy.
The staffs have been really supportive and attentive in the care they deliver. They are always happy to help and really take the time to understand their client needs. They go above and beyond to deliver the best care. I cannot thank them enough for all they have done.
My sister has received excellent care from Festygreat Healthcare. We had problems with a previous home care provider, so was very nervous. However, I cannot speak more highly of the team of carers who look after my sister. The carers are kind and considerate and treat my sister with dignity. They are well trained and knowledgeable. Highly recommended - Thank you so much.
