The carers given to my Mum by HomeDot Care have been kind, patient, thoughtful, and professional. She is a difficult person due to her frustration with her situation and her dementia, but the carers remain calm and encourage her to eat and wash and then spend time with her until she feels safe and comfortable.
All the staff, carers as well as managers, have been phenomenal! Their skills at caring are of the highest responsiveness and professionalism standards. More than I could ever have expected. They always acknowledge and respect my husband's wishes at all times as well as mine. We both look forward a lot to their coming and feel thoroughly attended to when they leave.
I received excellent service from the two carers who looked after me for a week at my home.
The carers take their time and provide a person-centred approach to care. We are truly, grateful to have found such a gem in the care industry.
I contacted HomeDor Care Ltd at the start of April 2019. I checked them out on the CQC website, but as they had only registered in February 2019 there was no proper review. When I spoke to the manager of the agency I found her to be very professional. She came for an assessment the following day and assured me that they could meet my mum's needs. I have found the agency to be very professional regarding carers taking care of my mum's personal care in a very safe manner. Timekeeping is very good also. Recently when there was a problem with my mum the manager was very helpful in sorting out rescheduling appointments.

- Good - The service is performing well and meeting our expectations.
- Requires Improvement - The service isn't performing as well as it should and we have told the service how it must improve.
