I am very satisfied with the care given in terms of professionalism and demeanour. My only complaint is the appearance of rookies in the morning shift when the 3 - 4 carers are excellent but sometimes cannot attend. I think the schedule would be smarter to avoid too many encounters with rookies in the morning.
Excellent caring professionals who do their best to help their clients needs. They will always assist the best they can and my parents feel safe and secure.
Just want to say what a great company this is, and the carers are amazing. They are kind, caring and always show great compassion towards my mother. They are attentive to all her needs on a daily basis, as well as being aware if she is not feeling good or unwell. The carers have great time keeping and follow full protocol for hygiene and safety. The office staff are always at hand via phone or email to help and resolve any enquiries that I have. Thank you all.
They have gone above and beyond and the care they show on a daily basis is outstanding. I would highly recommend working with HomeDot Care, they are a warm and friendly service and I am so grateful to them. They have built a beautiful relationship with my uncle and our family as a result.
The carers are always punctual when calling on my sister. They are good in their appearance and polite and respectful. The main carer always does the tasks she is required to do and reports that on her record of visits. The other carers are less specific about tasks they have completed e.g. ensuring the phone is properly placed, the girl is off. Tidying crockery and cutlery is not always done or mentioned. The carer always administers my sister's medication, and even if she is difficult about it, they tolerate her different moods and frustrations.
Very good.
I have good carers.
We are very happy with the service. The carers are helping my husband, they are doing their best to assist him. He is sometimes difficult but I calm him down and tell him to bare a little bit.
The staff carry out their duties in a professional manner and at all times with due care to the patient. They are friendly and helpful.
At present, things are moving smoothly. Regarding communication with my husband, the carers are trying but sometimes, if I'm not around, there isn't much interaction and they seem to talk to themselves (carers).
My dad has become very aggressive and is very verbally abusive but they handle it very professionally. I am very happy with the care they give my dad. 100%.
I am very satisfied with the care service.
Getting my meals and newspaper daily.
Well satisfied with the service I am receiving.
They are all helpful, respectful and kind.
I'm happy with all my care received so far.
Due to Mum having dementia, she has three regular carers who are amazing. If they are off, the agency always tries to send a carer my mum has seen before. I cannot fault this company. The carers look after my mum so well, always make me aware if there are any issues, and always let me know if they will be on leave or off for a day.
They have built a very good relationship not only with my mum but also with the family.
As my brother and I do not live locally, it gives us reassurance and peace of mind knowing my mum is in such good hands.
Thank you!
I would happily recommend HomeDot Care to anyone who finds themselves needing these essential services.
One star is too much for this company. I would award zero if I could. 23 missed episodes of care! Unqualified staff taking care of a vulnerable client with underlying health need, which wasn't met.
Charging for care where there is no evidence of care taking place. There are a litany of issues around safe care, management and medication.
However, in response to this review, we would like to make clear that in this case the inquest concluded that the lady concerned died of...
I was insulted by a carer a few times but decided to tell her off once I got really upset. The disappointing thing is the supervisors are in support of such behaviour and keep sending her to my home! They said she made a joke! My daughter witnessed most of what happened. Please be more professional people! Don't send supervisors for me to answer questions if you're going to do what you want anyway... disgusting.
Her assistant has brought out the best in her, she is always smiling, very polite and always helpful. The thoughtfulness of the assistant has made my day-to-day life easier, they are a god sent. I would recommend them anytime.
Thanks for a job well done.
