My mum has dementia and has had live-in care since March 2025. This has helped by keeping her in her own home and also someone living in her house has made it easier for me as a daughter. She now has the company she needs and the carers make sure she eats + drinks properly. I cannot fault all the carers who have been to look after mum. They have all been friendly and have mum's interests at heart. The office has been great when I have needed to email with any queries/updates. They reply promptly, or if they can't reply straight away they will say when someone will get back to me.

Magic Helping Hands cared for my mother for a few years after she broke her hip and returned home from hospital. She was mobile initially but unfortunately deteriorated becoming bed bound. They accessed her care needs regularly, and respected mum's wishes and dignity.

My father's regular carer(s) provide outstanding care. The standard of care is not quite so high when other carers stand in for regular carers on leave, but this is mainly due to a lack of familiarity, most probably.

Every one of them couldn’t be kinder or more caring, helping her feel very loved which is so important for her recovery.
For us, it is also very reassuring to know she is in safe hands when we are not around.
We work well with the care coordinator who is also very caring, and the carers themselves contact me if they have any concerns and they are extremely helpful when an emergency arises.

The carer has been so good to my dad and he feels really comfortable when the carer cares for him. All the carers my dad has had are excellent, every need is taken care of.

Magic Helping Hands is a very helpful agency. They always take good care of my son and treat him very well. They attend their shifts on time, they are very clean and tidy. My son is a very fussy eater and they encourage him to eat well. If there are any concerns they report this to myself and their manager straight away. They have helped with all my sons' medication making sure we always have a good stock. I am happy with the service provided by Magic Helping Hands and I will highly recommend them.
