My mum has dementia and has had live-in care since March 2025. This has helped by keeping her in her own home and also someone living in her house has made it easier for me as a daughter. She now has the company she needs and the carers make sure she eats + drinks properly. I cannot fault all the carers
who have been to look after mum. They have all been friendly and have mum's interests at heart. The office has been great when I have needed to email with any queries/updates. They reply promptly, or if they can't reply straight away they will say when someone will get back to me.

Magic Helping Hands cared for my mother for a few years after she broke her hip and returned home from hospital. She was mobile initially but unfortunately deteriorated becoming bed bound. They accessed her care needs regularly, and respected mum's wishes and dignity.

They deal with every aspect of my life/care in a wonderful way can't thank them.enough
They deal with physical mental health along with my learning disabilities so I can be challenging at times but they are just great with how they manage me with

I find all the carers helpful and pleasant to have around. It makes my day when they come over because no one comes to visit me often so having them around makes me feel less lonely and happy. I wouldn't change it for the world, they are all like family to me!

My parents had a few carers from Magic Helping Hands when the main carer assigned to my parents had a well-deserved time off. The quality of care was always very good, and the main carer, who went above and beyond to make sure I was kept informed and reassured of my parents' welfare was truly outstanding.

I have been a long-standing client of Magic Helping Hands, they provide domiciliary care night care and escort services for two family members.
I currently have 4/5 carers assigned to my home they are very professional, caring attentive, hygienic and extremely well trained.
They have all built a
safe secure relationship with each of my family members and l completely trust them with my family and my home. Moreover, my family members feel safe and supported and can turn to them without any hesitation in my absence.

We had several carers from this company looking after my mother 24/7 and had a positive experience with all these young people but especially the last young lady in attendance who left us today. All of them gave Mum really good care and consideration. We gave this company 4 stars but had we been assessing
based on the last carer we would have given 5 stars. She was superb.

When we thought we had no where to turn to Magic Helping Hands were there, and then we were introduced to our carer who lived with my dad and became part of the family and helped create happy times and we will forever be grateful. Also the manager and other colleagues were amazing and was always there.

I couldn't be happier with the staff. I have dyslexia and find things hard. I've met a lovely bunch of carers and I'm happy with the care I receive.

My father's regular carer(s) provide outstanding care. The standard of care is not quite so high when other carers stand in for regular carers on leave, but this is mainly due to a lack of familiarity, most probably.

I wrote a review when Mum first started receiving care from Magic Helping Hands in 2021. Since her latest discharge from hospital last week, she has an enhanced care package. She is very content and well cared for and has 5 to 6 regular carers. She writes down their names so she can try and remember
them.
Every one of them couldn’t be kinder or more caring, helping her feel very loved which is so important for her recovery.
For us, it is also very reassuring to know she is in safe hands when we are not around.
We work well with the care coordinator who is also very caring, and the carers themselves contact me if they have any concerns and they are extremely helpful when an emergency arises.

My dad has been in and out of hospital since November 2021 and has had several care companies looking after him, who have let him down on many occasions, but finally, he has found Magic Helping Hands. They are caring, always turn up, not once have they let him down, every carer is very compassionate
and they really have made sure my dad is safe and has everything he needs before they leave.
The carer has been so good to my dad and he feels really comfortable when the carer cares for him. All the carers my dad has had are excellent, every need is taken care of.
The staff are so lovely and they keep you updated on anything that you may be worried about, it's so nice to actually talk to management, which is so rare nowadays. So a really big thank you for care and compassion. Please pass our thanks on to all the lovely staff at Magic Helping Hands, keep up your exceptional work, it is very much appreciated.

Wonderful team, experienced and knowledgeable. Very understanding and helpful to assist in my needs. Professional and caring, even during this awkward COVID time the team arrives with their PPE to carry out their duties of care. Amazing people and we should always be grateful that this team is in Chelmsford!

Magic Helping Hands is a very helpful agency. They always take good care of my son and treat him very well. They attend their shifts on time, they are very clean and tidy. My son is a very fussy eater and they encourage him to eat well. If there are any concerns they report this to myself and their
manager straight away. They have helped with all my sons' medication making sure we always have a good stock. I am happy with the service provided by Magic Helping Hands and I will highly recommend them.
