Helping Hands Home Care (Camberley)

Very satisfied with the personal care provided by carers from Helping Hands. We have some excellent regulars and a variety of other carers who are efficient, but lack the knowledge of the patients sometimes. Therefore maybe they need a shadow with each patient they are likely to meet. Timings are excellent now.

I have been using Helping Hands for the last five months following a stay in hospital, and I could not be more grateful, even though I see different carers every single one of them has been outstanding- always helpful, friendly and kind. They work with great initiative, doing everything that needs to be done without any prompting. They also go out of their way to do those little extra things that make daily life easier for me, feeling safe and confident in your own home is so important and their support during this difficult time has given me total peace of mind. I recommend them highly to anyone needing care after leaving a long stay in hospital.

All the staff at Helping Hands Camberley are.kind,caring, respecrful , and evertrhing is left neat and tidy.. It is very obvious to see they are very well trained.They always chat with my Dad to see he is okay and include him in their conversations. They are very encouraging when they see he is progressing well and encourage him if he is struggling. On the odd occasion when we have had to ring the office the managers are also very helpful and . respond quickly. I would not hesitate to.recomend Helping Hands Camberley to others.

This Agency has been a true godsend to my family when my mum suddenly lost all her mobility at the beginning of the year, they came to our rescue. They have never let us down. They have been very accommodating and flexible to any requests. Communication has always been very good. We have received a very professional and competent service from them. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

The staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. They usually arrive on time.

Always very kind and usually on time. I will miss their visits! But happy to have regained my independence.

We have been using Helping Hands regularly over the last 1 year and we were very grateful for the extra help and care that was needed at short notice recently. The whole team has worked well to ensure that our needs were met.

During an extended hospital stay, my family found Helping Hands to help care for me after being released. They have been a true blessing! The recovery has been long and painful, but the wonderful staff at Helping Hands have made a huge positive difference. All the staff are so kind and genuinely want to help and have a passion for their jobs. Whether that is the office staff, who have been supportive, empathetic, communicative and happy to help. The carers themselves are caring, helpful and have compassion. They help me with housework, physio, making meals and so much more. They are personable and help make me feel like I am not alone, even on bad days. They truly listen and I cannot emphasize enough how brilliant they all are. I am so happy my family found them, and thankful for everything they have done and continue to do. They care and they are truly a helping hand when you need that extra support. 10/10 would highly recommend these lovely people's service!! Thankyou Helping Hands!!

Three particular memers of staff are amazing and caring and professional. Always on time and take great care of my mother in law she enjoys them coming . And my daughter loves them too .

Everyone at Helping Hands has been helpful and friendly, we are very happy with the service.

The Helping Hands Camberley team look after my mum every evening, giving her a meal and getting her ready for bed. All the carers are very professional and always kind and considerate. Mum loves them and it's a great comfort to know that they are there to look after Mum.
