During an extended hospital stay, my family found Helping Hands to help care for me after being released. They have been a true blessing! The recovery has been long and painful, but the wonderful staff at Helping Hands have made a huge positive difference. All the staff are so kind and genuinely want to help and have a passion for their jobs. Whether that is the office staff, who have been supportive, empathetic, communicative and happy to help. The carers themselves are caring, helpful and have compassion. They help me with housework, physio, making meals and so much more. They are personable and help make me feel like I am not alone, even on bad days. They truly listen and I cannot emphasize enough how brilliant they all are. I am so happy my family found them, and thankful for everything they have done and continue to do. Three particular memers of staff are amazing and caring and professional. Always on time and take great care of my mother in law she enjoys them coming . And my daughter loves them too .
