Cherish has been caring for my grandmother for over 3 years now and we have been so pleased with their care and professionalism. Cherish provides live-in care as well as domiciliary carers 4 times per day for her. They communicate with me regularly and any request is never an issue. The carers they provide are respectful, and kind and provide a high standard of care to my grandmother. We previously had a bad experience with another company and were nervous when we joined with Cherish. They were able to support us and reassure us that my grandmother was in great hands. Very pleased with the service delivered for my mum. One hour each day of morning care. All staff were very friendly, patient and professional. The carer updated daily notes on the changes needed, adapting to my mum’s needs so each carer was informed.

My wife is in an advanced stage of Alzheimer’s disease and has been bedridden at home for the last ten months. I have nothing but praise for the care and support provided by Cherish Social Care during a difficult time. The staff/carers come three times each day. They are at pains to ensure that she is clean and comfortable during the day and the night. Always cheerful, they care for her as an individual and not as “just another patient”. They are gentle and understanding and treat her with the dignity that she deserves. My thanks go also to management for providing an efficient and effective service at all times.

Mum receives visits from Cherish Social Care four times a day to support our live-in carer with care tasks that require two people. I have found the visiting carers to be friendly and courteous. Mum also has a Cherish carer cover the live-in carer's time off three times a week. If we have ever had to change any timings of visits I have found Cherish to be accommodating.

Friendly, punctual and polite. They always treat Mum with respect and interact with her. They do sometimes need reminding of certain things that need doing but generally very satisfied with the service.

On admission to a recent hospital admission, the hospital were surprised how well my wife’s skin was after 17 months bed bound, this can only be put down to the care given by this carer. Well done.

It was Dee’s founding vision to provide high-quality care and support to people in their homes. Dee has achieved a Leadership and Management Diploma in Health and Social Care. Dee is passionate about supporting people to live independently within their homes and being involved in their lives in a positive way.
Saraswati is a care worker with extensive complex care experience. She has worked as a nurse in her home country.
Saraswati loves working with both children and adults and reports she loves imparting knowledge to others.
