Anna Home Care Ltd

Anna Homecare has been looking after my Aunt since early June. She is 90, has dementia and poor mobility. She is also a very anxious lady. She feels happy, comfortable and supported by the lovely carers who do four visits daily. They give reassurance when she is mourning my Uncle and encouragement when she needs to do something difficult. They are compassionate, kind and make every effort to maintain her dignity when administering personal hygiene. The care manager and her team are very attentive and quick to discuss - and resolve - any issues to ensure my Aunt is kept as safe and well as possible. As I live in Kent this is very important. It gives me great peace of mind that she is being looked after so well. I can't thank Anna Homecare enough.

Anna Home Care has given my uncle the support he needed even through the bad times, Its taken a while but I think that he actually likes the carers and that is saying something, you cannot fault the effort the staff put in and the management are always there to help great team wouldnt change them for the world

Our care visitor is a cheerful and friendly lady who gets on very well with my wife and is a good source of health information to help me better care for my wife. It gives me peace of mind when I go out knowing she is in good hands and safe.

Anna home care has provided excellent support to my nan ensuring she is well cared for and all her needs are met. We as a family highly recommend this company for anyone needing this kind of support!!

lovely , friendly carers who help with meal prep and assisted washing, encouraging independence. All visits are within the specified time and logged. The small team of carers have really got to know my father and have gone the extra mile when needed. An excellent service

A great start to the day.

Good overall, some carers are better than others. If they were all as good as the 3 or 4 best ones it would be 5 stars. Slightly annoying that they are not all able to use the main oven &/or the air fryer as it makes it difficult to schedule menus.

We have had a couple admin problems, instances of carers not turning up for extra booked sessions, and also with incorrect invoices, but these things happen.

I can not praise enough the wonderful team at Anna's Homecare .They cared for mum for for the last 9 months of her life . Professional caring and understanding. Would definitely recommend Anna's Homecare x Thank u so much for what u did for my lovely Mum

Dad was comfortable with the team & enjoyed the regular visits. Changes to his medication were actioned quickly & most impressive was how the team acted when the carer arrived to find my dad on the floor. I cannot thank them enough for their kindness & care for me as well, as his next of kin.

Excellent care from all of the carers , unlike the previous company I used . I was always kept well informed about my Mothers condition and the care given daily and any extra needs she might have . They always went over and above what was expected.

Anna Home Care provided home care for both of my parents in their later years at their home. Both in their 90's, with my own working away for much of the time, the staff and management were diligent, caring and supportive throughout. In particular with the knowledge that I was often away, perfectly balanced with communications to keep me fully appraised of all that may have been happening at any given time without being overly burdensome.

My mother and now deceased father have received outstanding care from Anna Home Care. I cannot recommend them more highly. In particular one lady goes above and beyond in all aspects. She has become a great friend and carer to my mum which is amazing. I do not live near by and she gives me total confidence that my mother is well cared for.

Anna Care are always caring and often go above and beyond in what they do. Their visits are looked forward to and there is always a reassuring hug if needed. The client is always treated with dignity and respect.

I can't recommend, this care agency enough. The care, they've shown, my mum is above and beyond. Their staff are so friendly to talk to if you have any concerns. When a client needs a little, cheer up, they have great a sense of humour when appropriate

The ladies are so kind and polite and friendly. We are always happy to see them walk in on the days that we book them. Each of them has their own unique character and lifts our spirits while in the house. My mum is so delighted each time she sees their faces. I'm also relieved to see them too as I am my mum's sole carer and I would be struggling without these twice-a-day visits to help with personal care for my mum. The beauty of the agency is that we get to know the ladies as it is a small company. We couldn't be without them and love each one of the team we have visit. Also, the lady in the office is always so supportive on the end of the phone if I need to talk to someone. Thank you to all of you at Anna Home Care.

How many other care company directors would spend a sunny Bank Holiday Monday with a client? This is what Anna Home Care did for my mum when they were alerted by the carer on shift that my mum was very ill until we were able to get down and take over.

I cannot find any fault in the service provided by this company.
