Overall Experience

I would like to thank Handle with Care for providing a good care service to my wife for quite some time. Our carer, is an exceptional carer and is 100% dedicated to her job. She is well mannered and very competent. No job is to much trouble for her and she is a credit to the company and herself. Thank you.

Overall Experience

We have used this company for quite a long time and have been very pleased with the service provided. We have used other companies in the past but this is the best to date. The carers are always polite and helpful and never gossip or discuss other clients.

Overall Experience
Absolutely terrible. This company took over my vulnerable mother's care for literally one week before relinquishing their services and confusing and upsetting an elderly woman. The Care Assessor from Handle with Care assessed my mother yesterday and stated everything was fine. It took us 2 hours to complete the assessment and my mother disclosed various personal details and issues she has, only to be dumped the day after. I inquired as to why they had done this and was told it was due to cameras being installed in the premises. This is a complete lie as I told Handle with Care from day 1. There were cameras for my mother's safeguarding and they stated that it was not an issue.

I will be writing to the directors for a full explanation as their conduct is abhorrent.
