Just see the name.

Words alone cannot begin to describe the care that my friend has recieived from Super Healthcare. During the time they have been assosciated with my friend's care the company has delivered a service that goes way beyond the minimum. The team has been dedicated and cared for my friend in a kind and compassionate way. Right to the end of my friend's life Super Healthcare were there to help. When they could no longer look after her living body, they washed and presented her to the undertaker in an immaculate way. Without Super Healthcare's support my friend's last years would have looked so different. This firm should be commended.

I am very happy with what my carers are doing. It's very helpful and I like the fact that they help me with cleaning my room and washing up, going shopping and having coffee out and nice chat I'm really happy with the care I get.

I've been having careers and they are just wonderful.always make me feel better..on time nothing to much for them.. thanks you for all your help and support with your team.. amazing and happy carers always with a smile x

The team has been amazing with my dad, taking care of him and helping him as he isn't very mobile, but they still take him outside to the park and usually a visit to the chip shop for some fish and chips which he loves, they really do go the extra mile with him and I am very grateful to all the staff there.

I am unable to walk and spend my days sitting in my chair. The carers help to break the day up and are greatly appreciated. They are polite and helpful, they never rush the work and all stay until the job is done. They have a heavy workload but stick to tasks and never complain. I have received visits from carers when they are off duty only to wish me well in my recovery.

I have found my helper absolutely brilliant! She is super efficient and is able to help me with tasks I can't do, like ironing. her cleaning leaves the house immaculate. She is cheerful and absolutely reliable and arrives on time. I don't think I could have managed to get better after a fracture as well as I have without her. I would thoroughly recommend Super Healthcare.

If you are looking for a family-friendly care package then this company will meet your needs I'm sure. Mum sadly passed away in April, I thank the team for attending her funeral, it meant the world to us.

Very happy to have carers for my daughter who actually care and have a great relationship with her.

My mother is very happy with the care that she receives. My only complaint is that I have to choose to get invoices sent, I would prefer if these were sent to me every four weeks to keep on top of the finances.

Been with Superhealthcare for nearly 3 years. Care provided for my wife who was diagnosed with Alzheimer's for 10 years is exceptional. This month was particularly difficult due to the death of my mother. The support given meant I could attend the funeral. Carers always put my wife first and definitely make the situation of caring for a loved one as best as it possibly could be.

The lads are very good and friendly and chatty.

The care team that looked after my wife was the same throughout and became almost like family, at the same time being totally professional. They acted sympathetically and efficiently at all times. Nothing was too much trouble, even responding to my calls for help when outside contractual obligation. I recommend their company to the highest degree.

Wonderful people; I don't want to go anywhere else -I want to stay with them.

My carers are always understanding, pleasant and efficient. When they are going to be late, they always let me know.

Dad is always [leassed to see his carers - especially his favourites who interact and speaks to him clearly. He has no complaints and says, "do a great job".

This company is excellent in that the staff are well able to respond to our needs with care, smiles, and at all times, professional. I enjoy their visits.

Super Healthcare stepped in to help us at very short notice and we really appreciated the can-do attitude. The carers have all been pleasant, positive and kind to Dad. They take the time to ensure that all personal care is given (with patience and humour) to a high standard. We have double calls so there are occasions where one of the pair might be delayed which impacts on timing but overall visits are punctual. The manager is open to feedback and is rightly proud of her team. She seems keen to improve the support structure around the service.

They reached all my needs, and was generally very happy with them.

With regards to the care I am receiving, I am receiving excellent care. The people are very hardworking and kind.
