I joined New Directions at the beginning of 2023 as a care assistant while I was finishing my degree. While being a care assistant I progressed into becoming a Field Care Supervisor. Being a field care supervisor was such a rewarding role. It allowed me to meet our service users gain knowledge of their wants and needs and be able to help them live their lives as best as they can.
