New Directions lambourne crescent Cardiff are not just carers- they have become family !!
They cannot do enough for my relative.
I often walk in unannounced and hear them speaking with such patience despite difficult circumstances.
The app tell me everything but the girls text me as and when they need
too and without them my relative would be in a nursing home.
They are angels and I am VERY GRATEFUL TOTHEM ALL XXX

Overall my sister carers are excellent however there is an occasion where I have to check to keep and eye on her mileage allowances which I have highlighted the situation with the Manager. I am also a little concerned with the same carer in particular which I am at present monitoring.

I refer only to the care workers who looked after my wife and not ND Care and Support as an organisation. The carers are fabulous, sensitive and caring. They have fabulous personalities and really raised our spirits whenever they attended to my wife's needs. I only wish I were able to thank them directly
and personally. This recognition is directly aimed at the carers, mainly because they are the people doing the caring. The organisation they work for have had no direct contact with us, so I am not able to contact them.

I would like to express my gratitude for the members of your staff who have been coming 3 times a day for personal care for my mother-in-law. They have treated her with compassion and taken the greatest care of her. I cannot thank your company and the ladies enough. She is at end of life care and everyone

I have had the care services of New Directions Care and Support for my wife. The carers are excellent at their post. My wife, values the care provided by all the carers who come to our home. The standard of care is magnificent and is deeply appreciated. All the carers who come to our home are so very
proficient and warm with the service they provided. We could not cope adequately without them. Each carer exudes professionalism but at the same time warm which means a lot to my wife and I.

We are happy with the service my mother is receiving. The carers are professional and a credit to the company. My mother is well looked after and enjoys the company and the chats they have. They behave professionally and seem to enjoy helping others.

ND Care and Support have been supporting my very elderly grandmother, she is happy with the carers that attend and has built up a good relationship with them, she has found that consistency in have the same carers to be very helpful. They have been very good at communicating any concerns immediately,
so the family can respond quickly if medical concerns arise. On a number of occasions they have gone over and beyond to ensure her safety and comfort. Their care has enabled my grandmother to have her independence and dignity. Her wishes are listen and responded to. My grandmother and family have been happy with the service and already recommended to a family friend.

My mother is immobile and relys on care givers 4 times a day with 2 carers, she is very happy with all the care she receives she describes them as very friendly, they bend over backwards to make her happy and comfortable, she's kept clean and tidy, she's very confident with them.

After receiving very poor care from a different company it was like a breath of fresh air when ND Care took over Mam's care and we were blessed with the best!
The carers who looked after Mam truly became an extension to our family and treated her with kindness, dignity and exceptional care. It was
reassuring to know Mam was in safe hands throughout the day while we were at work and Mam thoroughly looked forward to seeing the carers smiling faces.
Unfortunately, after a short stay in hospital, Mam became very frail and started end-of-life care, her carers provided the best care and comfort to our mam and also mam's family members until the end and for this, they will always be fondly thought of by us.
A big shout out to all the team members including the co-ordinators in the office, you gave a personal touch and constant reassurance throughout the whole time mam needed care and we are thankful for that.
ND Care is a truly outstanding company with the best staff whom I highly recommend.

I have to be honest but my experience from a management point of view was not the best, that is until the last month when a new co-ordinator took over my husband's caseload.
Since then the team of carers the co-ordinator sent to look after my husband have been nothing but superb. The team go above
and beyond the expectations of the job. They are always happy, and they always have a smile on their faces. They are caring and you can actually tell they actually care for my husband.

The carers that come to do my daughter's personal care are all so lovely, kind and compassionate. My daughter totally relates to the girls and gets very happy especially when it's bath time. It was also a big thing for myself and my partner when my illness prevented me from doing all this myself.
I
have multiple sclerosis since I was around 11 years old when it first hit. My mobility isn't very good now so I use a 4-wheel walker around the house and an electric wheelchair to aid my walking when going distances. My daughter is also a wheelchair user and has a power chair that my partner/carers control for her. The carers have an understanding of all my daughter's wants and needs and they treat her and us as a family with kindness and care. If there are any problems/issues the carers or the office staff will bend over backwards to sort things out. They are a big help to us all as a family.

We as a family can not thank ND Care & Support enough for the exceptional care they provide on a daily basis.
The care and support are always to a very high standard and whenever we are in need of a change of call time or help with little tasks they go above and beyond to support as much as they can.
I contacted them in an emergency and the support and reassurance I was given to ensure me that my nan would be well looked after and given the best care and support to stay independent in her own home was amazing. The girls that are on our run, are always happy, show compassion, empathy and treat with dignity on every call, nothing is too much trouble.
The care coordinator is always supportive, reassuring and person-centred to the individuals they provide care for. He not only ensures that my nan has the best care provided but will contact us as a family if there is a need.
