The care package for my mum was arranged professionally by the provider. We cannot thank them enough for the excellent quality of care they are delivering to my mum. We receive a weekly email detailing the times and carers names that will be visiting my mum. The carers are very kind, professional and
helpful. Without this level of care my mum would not be able to remain living independently in her home. We are over the moon with the service delivered to my mum.

My carer is nice and gentle. My carer takes me out to see places and do shopping. I like going with my carer. My carer makes me laugh.

Gave an exemplary service to my sister-in-law during her last weeks of life. So much genuine empathy and care. The staff supported me through a very difficult time and I felt my 'loved one', was in great hands when I left to have some quality time to myself. Their care was an extension to my caring
role and the staff's friendliness towards my sister-in-law made their visit even more pleasant.
