Our Complex Care service is tailored to support individuals with advanced and specialised healthcare needs. This includes, but is not limited to:

Bank Holiday Rates are charged at time and a half except for Christmas and New Year that is charged at double rate.
Any travel costs will be discussed during the consultation.
Any calls cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will still be charged at the full rate.

The care package for my mum was arranged professionally by the provider. We cannot thank them enough for the excellent quality of care they are delivering to my mum. We receive a weekly email detailing the times and carers names that will be visiting my mum. The carers are very kind, professional and helpful. Gave an exemplary service to my sister-in-law during her last weeks of life. So much genuine empathy and care. The staff supported me through a very difficult time and I felt my 'loved one', was in great hands when I left to have some quality time to myself. Meet the Team (3)
I have 19 years of experience working in the care sector. Initially, I started as a volunteer, however, it turned into a career. It seems like a long time ago but time has flown. Over the years I have worked in residential care and domiciliary care supporting individuals with different care needs. Since January 2018, I have been working for ND Care & Support as a Care Coordinator. We are a small team committed to providing high standards of care to individuals in Carmarthenshire and Swansea. Our care is based on mutual respect and dignity. Everyone contributes to the day to day management of the service ensuring the best outcome for the individuals who we support.
Due to the majority of my working life being based in the care sector, it has allowed me to gain a wealth of experience within this field. I started my career as a Carer. This has given me a true understanding of what it takes to be a fantastic carer. It is these traits that I strive to instil in all of my team members across my region. I have had several roles over the past 10 years from Carer to Supervisor, Care Coordinator to Registered Manager and then furthered my career to Regional Manager back in 2019. Having experience in different roles has enabled me to see care from many different angles to provide the best possible experience for both our staff and customers. I am truly passionate about care, enjoy helping others and will always go the extra mile! I am approachable and honest and will always try to assist with any issues either my staff or customers may have.
I feel that there is nothing more important than the quality of care being provided and that the care team, out in the field and within the office, are recognized for their hard work and commitment. I try to keep the care teams' morale high by ensuring that they are all happy and get job satisfaction. I like to celebrate success and support internal progression. I enjoy watching people succeed in their jobs and will support individuals to reach their goals.
