I am very pleased with the way I am being looked after. I can recommend the carers and I have. They are very thoughtful and look after me well.

The care provided by the team was excellent. They were very thorough and we very caring. They treated Mum with dignity, were friendly and good humour.

Started the service in March 2020 (approx). From the start, we had issues with carers not turning up or being late, with the main contact never answering her phone to me or other carers. These issues were reported to the Manager and all were argued and ignored even though I had the paper file which
stated and proved my complaint. Nothing changed.
Our first invoice came through things were charged such as mileage which was not chargeable for our distance from the office, trips out in a carer's car which was not taken and the times that carers didn't show up. Once again, complained and was argued with but after some time was eventually given the correct invoice. In the whole time we were with them, the invoices were never right and always overcharged the customer. New carers were being introduced towards the end and one after the other, each had a reducing understanding of English or cooking. Avoid if you want a reliable care service provider.

He is passionate about people and loves looking after people and that's my the centre of care for the community is constantly improving the Quality of Life of our Local Citizens within our community.
