Very professional service. Caring, polite and always receptive to Mother's care needs. Any issues were promptly addressed and rectified without problems. LightBulb Bespoke Care Ltd acted as advocates and actively prompted Mother's care needs, liaising with appropriate authorities to ensure these were met. Very happy with the service and would not hesitate to recommend them to people in need of quality care.
It's a pleasure to know that our services made a difference. We will always value our service users and their families.

I found one particular member of staff was very kind and good at his job.
Lightbulb Bespoke Care Ltd are new to my Mum but have made a huge endeavour to get to know her well, her likes and dislikes and have been flexible in catering for her routine. The carers keep in close contact with myself or my brother, asking for advice in order to provide better care for Mum and also to inform me when food/toiletries/household items need replenishing. Photographs have been taken of, for example, medication so that any new carer will know where things are kept.
Nothing is too much for them, they make you completely comfortable,
help with anything to make you happy and secure.
They go the extra mile, and never rush or leave until they have helped you and completely satisfied every need.
I was so pleased that I felt, the least I could, do is to say thank you,
knowing that my dad is being cared for and comfortable.
