From the outset, the overall care my mum received was outstanding.
Every carer seemed to have a great ethic of wanting to look after her, at no point did we as a family think Mum was just a number.
The Manager was outstanding. Concise and clear communication from day one, open and honest, along with always being at the end of the phone should we have any questions we needed to ask. Many carers were outstanding. Always wanting to do the best for Mum while under their care, yet open and honest when communicating with us. Nothing was too much trouble.
During Mum's few years of being cared for at home, the last few months with Nightingale were really without doubt, the best for Mum.
Thank you very much for your kind words, it was a privilege and joy for our team to be able to support your mum and family during the past few months, we will be sure to pass on your kind words to our Care Team. Thank you very much for choosing Nightingale.
Nightingale are so professional. It's given my Dad his independence to stay at home. They come in the mornings and tea times. Make his breakfast and assist with personal care. Keep him company and tidy up. He is so happy with 'his girls'. Thank you for all the lovely care.
