Nightingale's Gorleston team Looked after Mum for over two years.
We gradually increased the level of care as Mum's frailty increased. She came to rely on their professionalism and caring attitude. They often went above and beyond in order to help Mum. The staff treated Mum as part of the family with

respect and affection. The level of care was truly exceptional. Sadly, Mum passed this month.
I cannot recommend Nightingale, led by the manager highly enough to care for a loved one.

My mum was cared for by Nightingale (Gorleston) from around March to July, having transferred from another care company.
From the outset, the overall care my mum received was outstanding.

The Manager was outstanding. Concise and clear communication from day one, open and honest, along with always being at the end of the phone should we have any questions we needed to ask. Many carers were outstanding. Always wanting to do the best for Mum while under their care, yet open and honest when communicating with us. Nothing was too much trouble.
During Mum's few years of being cared for at home, the last few months with Nightingale were really without doubt, the best for Mum.

Nightingale are so professional. It's given my Dad his independence to stay at home. They come in the mornings and tea times. Make his breakfast and assist with personal care. Keep him company and tidy up. He is so happy with 'his girls'. Thank you for all the lovely care.

This company has been providing home care in the mornings for my dad who has dementia. He needs help showering and dressing. He was frightened to use the shower previously and they have got him regularly showering and saying he actually likes it and feels better for it.

make me impressed with the staff from this company are, from dad "They, never ever make me feel embarrassed". " I look forward to them coming round", and from my mum, whom they don't provide care for "it's a bit like having a friend come round".

An amazing team that concentrates on person-centred care and value the person's dignity and privacy.
Each of the care workers is dedicated and wonderful to each service user. The admin team and support team are very caring and compassionate and give full support all the time.
