My mum was cared for by Nightingale (Gorleston) from around March to July, having transferred from another care company.
From the outset, the overall care my mum received was outstanding.
Every carer seemed to have a great ethic of wanting to look after her, at no point did we as a family think Mum was just a number.
The Manager was outstanding. Concise and clear communication from day one, open and honest, along with always being at the end of the phone should we have any questions we needed to ask. Many carers were outstanding. Always wanting to do the best for Mum while under their care, yet open and honest when communicating with us. Nothing was too much trouble.

During Mum's few years of being cared for at home, the last few months with Nightingale were really without doubt, the best for Mum.

Overall Experience

Nightingale are so professional. It's given my Dad his independence to stay at home. They come in the mornings and tea times. Make his breakfast and assist with personal care. Keep him company and tidy up. He is so happy with 'his girls'. Thank you for all the lovely care.

Overall Experience
This company has been providing home care in the mornings for my dad who has dementia. He needs help showering and dressing. He was frightened to use the shower previously and they have got him regularly showering and saying he actually likes it and feels better for it.
Comments from my parents that make me impressed with the staff from this company are, from dad "They, never ever make me feel embarrassed". " I look forward to them coming round", and from my mum, whom they don't provide care for "it's a bit like having a friend come round".

I don't think you could wish for more. Thank you Nightingale.
