We gradually increased the level of care as Mum's frailty increased. She came to rely on their professionalism and caring attitude. They often went above and beyond in order to help Mum. The staff treated Mum as part of the family with respect and affection. The level of care was truly exceptional. Sadly, Mum passed this month.
I cannot recommend Nightingale, led by the manager highly enough to care for a loved one.
