I have found that the care and attention of the carers has been faultless. They ask before doing anything when it comes to the cleaning and dressing of my mother. If they are going to be late then the management team tell me before their due time. This helps to ensure that I don't worry that they are
going to be late. At the moment my mother has gone back into hospital, but the ease at which I was able to get through and pause the care was excellent. When I need to restart it that too is going to be just as easy.

My carers are efficient and kind and always listen to what I am saying. We always have a laugh together, and my carers are cheerful. Fuchsia Homecare Norwich are an outstanding care company. All of Mum's carers are so attentive and professional. They are always cheerful and happy in their work. They are very good at communicating with myself and my mother. My mother absolutely adores them all. I am sure they have contributed to her
