We've been using Fuchsia Homecare to support my nan, Christine, for a few weeks now and have been really impressed with the care provided. From the initial assessment, Andreea has been wonderful, and all staff have been kind and attentive. My nan is very happy and says she would be lost without them. Communication is excellent, with weekly rotas, regular updates, and involvement in her care, which gives us great reassurance. As a registered manager myself, I understand the challenges in this sector and truly appreciate the consistency and high standard of care from day one. It has given our family real peace of mind and taken a weight off me and my mum.

I have found that the care and attention of the carers has been faultless. They ask before doing anything when it comes to the cleaning and dressing of my mother. If they are going to be late then the management team tell me before their due time. This helps to ensure that I don't worry that they are going to be late. At the moment my mother has gone back into hospital, but the ease at which I was able to get through and pause the care was excellent. When I need to restart it that too is going to be just as easy.

The carers have been with us for over six months. They have become part of our family, friendly and happy every day. We know all about each other's extended family and we would miss them if they ever left us. We would recommend the company to all of our friends.
