The carer, who visits my elderly mother twice a day, is great and cannot do enough to support mum and her needs. Any issues, or concerns, get reported to the main Fushia reception team, who are then always quick to follow these up with the family. The reception team are always polite, cheerful and very supportive, so we have all been very impressed with Fushia Care overall. We cannot thank them enough.

I can honestly say that this company is not good. My Father-in-Law was discharged from hospital and they were appointed for reablement care. On the first visit they changed him in the living room in front of his wife! I did complain and this didn't happen again, however, it should not have happened in the first place. There is a toilet on the ground floor and my father-in-law is capable of walking with frame to the toilet. One of the ladies totally ignored my mother-in-law, simply didn't speak to her. They did not change his bed, my mother-in-law's carers had to do this as they were disgusted at the state of the bed. They didn't even make it properly. He did have a visit from another carer who was lovely and obviously cared about her clients. When they cooked food in the microwave, they did not clean up after themselves and again, this was done by the other care company. I have managed now to swap back to the original care company. I would not recommend this company.

I can honestly say we would not have coped at home without the care and support of Fuchsia Care. My husband received excellent support especially in the latter months when he became increasingly physically and mentally disabled. In his final weeks he received loving gentle support from his carers who continued to treat him with respect and dignity. The carers became an extention to the family giving support to us all. Could not recommend them enough and give them our grateful thanks

We have been having carers for my Husband since July 2025. We had NHS carers for two weeks when he came out of hospital and I knew that I needed carers to help with him as I couldn't manage. We were found Fuschia Homecare by an NHS lady and all the carers we have had have been amazing. They are so polite, efficient and really caring. They all seem to care about me too. I would recommend Fuschia Homecare to anybody. I am so glad we found them.

Overall, my experience is good. They are polite, helpful and respectful.

I find the carers really lovely nothings too much trouble, they are very caring and thoughtful. I only have one complaint which is when I joined fuchsia I was told I would have two carers which i would love and I was given their names but I have had many which im not so keen on.Thats the only reason ive given a 4 star rating.

Fadzia was one of the main carers who helped provide morning care for my dad after he returned home from multiple hospital visits. She respected his wishes and carried out tasks to allow my dad to stay as independent as he could at home. Many thanks to the administration team also for amending times which were more suitable to my dad's needs.

We are very happy with the service you are providing. The carers are very considerate and treat mum in a kind and respectful manner. They arrive on time and spend some time with us once they have completed mum's needs.

I have found the service satisfactory; I haven't found anything really to complain about. Obviously, if any staff is new to the job, they are a little unsure of themselves, but other than that, I have no complaints.

I have terminal gallbladder cancer and was given care by Fuchsia Care at the beginning of Jan 26 when I came out of the Hospital in Bury St Edmunds.

All of the carers sent to look after me have been kind, cheerful and friendly and I always enjoy their company when they come to my home. Every day, without fail, I am washed, dressed, dried gently and popped onto the sofa, ready to spend my day in comfort. I have no complaint about any carer; in fact there is one lady that I would like to raise on a pedestal for her excellent attitude to her work and the quality of the care she gives me nearly every day. Her name is Simona and she is WONDERFUL! When March 01 rolled by, Simona gave me a small,, brightly coloured brooch of a basket of Spring flowers. Romanians like Simona wear them for the first 9 days of March and my daughter and I wore ours, too. It is a lovely way to welcome Spring into one's home and I will never forget it and the kindness and efficiency of dear Simona!

My 90 year old Mum came home in May 2025, from a long stay in hospital and rehab after a chest infection led to pneumonia then sepsis. She can no longer stand or get around herself and has carers come in four times a day to support us with her care. Her main carers Dan and Maria are nothing short of amazing. Kind, compassionate, professional, perceptive and treat Mum with respect and dignity. They have taken time to get to know her and her interests so they share some great conversations and often have a laugh and joke together. I like the fact that whatever is going on in our busy household their focus is always firmly on Mum and what she needs.

I will never forget hearing Mum say to them as early as day 3 that she felt safe with them and trusted them, which was a huge comfort to us at such a difficult and challenging time.

I will say how you make every body so welcom whe we arrived for the party which think is beyond our expectations thank you.

We are highly satisfied with the assistance provided. The team members demonstrated exceptional professionalism, helpfulness, and courtesy. They maintained the cleanliness of the premises and consistently adhered to the agreed-upon schedule. We extend our sincere gratitude for your outstanding service.

If ever I have a question the office staff are quick to act and very helpful.

My father, siblings and I will be eternally grateful to Adriana & Andrei and Bianca & Cat for the exemplary level of care they provided for my late beloved Mother. They handled her with great gentleness and respect. She felt safe in their hands and enjoyed their company. They addressed her directly and asked what she wanted. They got to know how she liked her earl grey tea and always gave it to her with a smile. I was particularly impressed that they always forewarned her that she was about to be rolled or lifted and when they were about to administer medication. Their knowledge of the medication and medical equipment was of a very high standard. Their willingness to assist the Community Nurses, who were short staffed, in rolling Mum in order to have her dressings changed was also gratefully received. All four carers fitted in immediately to our family setting and helped create a calm, happy atmosphere in the room. They joined in family banter and took a polite friendly interest in Dad

Our family is extremely pleased with the service which our Mother gets from Fuscia home care. My Mother really likes both her main carer and the lady who comes in to cover and she finds them very kind, helpful and extremely professional in the job that they are doing.

The service that they provide has enabled my Mother to live in her own home safe in the knowledge that she will be well cared for.

Although we are not allowed to mention the carers names in this survey we hope that they know how much appreciated they are.

Fantastic. My father really appreciates and enjoys the staff who care for him . Friendly , helpful and can't do enough. Family are all really happy with the quality of care and it puts our minds at rest that my father is in such good care .
