Our family is extremely pleased with the service which our Mother gets from Fuscia home care. My Mother really likes both her main carer and the lady who comes in to cover and she finds them very kind, helpful and extremely professional in the job that they are doing.


The service that they provide

has enabled my Mother to live in her own home safe in the knowledge that she will be well cared for.


Although we are not allowed to mention the carers names in this survey we hope that they know how much appreciated they are.

The carers are attentive and kind while doing what needs to be done. When we need flexibility they always adapt. Most importantly they listen to my wife, do what she asks and explain what they are doing when they do it.

All the carers that attended my wife for several years were unfailingly professional, kind, friendly and immensely helpful. Two managers, Bogdan and Emma often attended my wife personally and always went above and beyond to make her feel that she was special and one of their favourites. All the carers
took their time with their duties and made sure she was comfortable and happy before they left. They treated her as an intelligent, valued individual at all times. Bogdan and Emma, in particular, enhanced the last months of her life by including her in tales of their lives and relationships. I cannot praise their service highly enough or find the words to express my immense gratitude for their care and friendship.

Absolutely shocking how this card company is run.
You'll get issues after issues with the start saying, leave it with me. Months go by, you demand to speak to the "manager" Emma, but she hasn't took the time to go through any of the issues so she is unaware of what is actually going on. And to be
hung up on, and never phoned back.
The oncall doesn't answer or ring back when they know my mum is fully unwell.
Not sticking to the legal time of how long to leave my mum in between call, staying only 6 minutes. The list goes on, but this place is horrid.
And I don't understand how you can employ someone that doesn't speak English. How can they possibly ring an ambulance if need, how can they possibly get to know the people in need. Have reported to cqc.

My sister was sent home from hospital for palliative/ end of life care. She had metastatic breast cancer and unfortunately there was nothing more they could do. Her carers Alex and Luce looked after her for the last two months of her life. They were absolutely wonderful and a tremendous support for
the whole family. I'm a nurse myself and we are not always easy to please but the care they gave was exceptional. My sister was so grateful for their gentle, kind care. If you or your loved ones are fortunate enough to have Alex and Luce, you are truly blessed. The care my mum received in her last days was second to none. At 103 her days were going to be limited but care staff treated her with respect and most importantly matched her sense of humour so she felt valued. The staff were moved when mum passed and during the final days were also supportive to me.

We have got into a routine where I get Christine out of bed, take her into the lounge for her medication and Breakfast. The carers then get her washed, dressed and clean her teeth. On Saturday mornings I give Christine a shower and depending upon what time the carers arrive, they will dry, dress her
and clean her teeth. I will then give her medication and Breakfast. On a Wednesday, the carers call in lunch time to change her and make a cup of coffee for her and general clean of the Kitchen and Lounge while I go into Ipswich for a quick Swim

Although we have only been using your services for a short while and at present only morning visits, we are very satisfied with the overall service as well as level of care provided. My husband' is treated with dignity and care, his carers have been brilliant. It's great to have an email contact as
well as telephone numbers and a weekly roster with timescale so you know when to expect your carer and it works!

Excellent service from all the carers, both male & female.
Always punctual, cheerful, caring & positive.
Very good support from the management team.
The carers were always really diligent when taking care of my wife's personal needs.
They always made sure all consumables & skin medication
required were notified in good time.
