Every carer who has visited Mum has been sensitive to her issues. The carers listen and are helpful.
The whatsapp group really helps with quick updates and gives reassurance than Mums care continues to be personal.
At all times the Company have done their very best for her.
The carers visits have
given the family a break and peace of mind.
A really good thing us continuity. Mum has had the same carer for 6 days a week. This has made a huge difference to her.
If there were any concerns over Mums health I was contacted and they even offered to contact GP.
I have no hesitation to recommend thus Company. We have used them for 6 months.

I am happy with my care. The only thing I don't like is when it is wet. She brings in all the dirt on her shoes so the floors get dirty. I have told her but it still happens every time it is wet. Also she drops a lot of tablets on the floor and never picks them up. Also when she is having 2 days off
together I don't get the same cares on the 2 days, but the care I get is very good.

On the whole we are really pleased with the service that you provide. My mother is happy but my concerns are only that she doesn't ask for things to be done when she has cover carers. Also sometimes she tells me she hasn't eaten a meal. I think this is probably her saying she's not hungry but I would
really like the carers to encourage her to eat properly and to stay until she has finished her meal so we know she is eating well. Thank you and we do appreciate your efforts.

My father has been cared for 4 times a day since returning home from hospital. In this time he has had regular carers that come 6 of the 7 days a week (usually). On the seventh day, a different set of carers attended. Thursday, 15 May 2025, was one of those days. On this day, the carers were here for
less time than we are billed for, around 10 minutes of the 30 minutes. My father was not properly washed and positioned for overnight with his arm under his body. This caused discomfort, and also no urine bag as it was not emptied.


The ratings are only applicable to the carers who are not the regular carers.

I am very pleased with most of my carers. I have a good relationship with my regular carers and they are able to understand when I am feeling low and need extra support from them. Unfortunately a bond is not made with my relief staff. I feel it would be moral boosting if management passed on to cares
praise that I have given through the manger I have had contact with.

What an outstanding company - the managers are so efficient and understanding. They go above and beyond to meet client needs and are reactive to changes needed in care requirements. I have been caring for my neighbour for over 12 years, and after becoming bedbound, we had to request carers to attend to her 4 x per day. The previous care agency let her down, we are thankful we had Fushia Care to take over her care. Her carers have been with us for over 3 years they are amazing,
caring, deal with her care, dignity and respect. I am advised promptly if there are any concerns. This has given the family peace of mind but most importantly the client trusts them. We are grateful, thank you.

Most of the carers are very friendly and they all do a good caring job. Very obliging & helpful. If I have just one negative comment-it's very upsetting to see and hear the equipment hitting the paintwork and walls. We have a lot of scratches and bashes, chips of paint on the floor. Sometimes the equipment.
is used to open the doors!
All in all though, the carers are lovely people.

Very friendly staff, and any problems have been discussed sympathetically in sometimes difficult situations. Communications have been relatively easy, especially when I cannot be there. It is very useful to have the care rota to plan other visits around this. Thank you.

For the week my husband was at home between hospital/hospice care, Fuschia took exceptional care of him. Carers were kind, friendly and approachable. They respected our home, but at the same time were comfortable operating within a domestic setting. They won our trust very quickly and took away any
fears or concerns we had about strangers coming into our home. I could not praise them highly enough.
