Excellent service from all the carers, both male & female.
Always punctual, cheerful, caring & positive.
Very good support from the management team.
The carers were always really diligent when taking care of my wife's personal needs.
They always made sure all consumables & skin medication
required were notified in good time.

I am happy with my care. The only thing I don't like is when it is wet. She brings in all the dirt on her shoes so the floors get dirty. I have told her but it still happens every time it is wet. Also she drops a lot of tablets on the floor and never picks them up. Also when she is having 2 days off
together I don't get the same cares on the 2 days, but the care I get is very good.

My father has been cared for 4 times a day since returning home from hospital. In this time he has had regular carers that come 6 of the 7 days a week (usually). On the seventh day, a different set of carers attended. Thursday, 15 May 2025, was one of those days. On this day, the carers were here for
less time than we are billed for, around 10 minutes of the 30 minutes. My father was not properly washed and positioned for overnight with his arm under his body. This caused discomfort, and also no urine bag as it was not emptied.


The ratings are only applicable to the carers who are not the regular carers.

I am very pleased with most of my carers. I have a good relationship with my regular carers and they are able to understand when I am feeling low and need extra support from them. Unfortunately a bond is not made with my relief staff. I feel it would be moral boosting if management passed on to cares

I have been caring for my neighbour for over 12 years, and after becoming bedbound, we had to request carers to attend to her 4 x per day. The previous care agency let her down, we are thankful we had Fushia Care to take over her care. Her carers have been with us for over 3 years they are amazing,
caring, deal with her care, dignity and respect. I am advised promptly if there are any concerns. This has given the family peace of mind but most importantly the client trusts them. We are grateful, thank you.

My mum is very well looked after by all the carers. They have time to speak to mum and interact. The care is second to none. They treat mum with courtesy and dignity. Could not ask for any more. They always ask if I am okay we have a good bond and anything they feel mom needs they will speak to me.
They are great with my grandchildren and grand-dog. They are like part of the family.

Fuchsia are exceptional. They have helped me massively. Helped all areas of my well-being. I'm exceptionally young compared to the typical age bracket but this has not stopped me. Very happy with the carers we had for my partner. They washed, cleaned and changed his clothes every day. Also kept checking his catheter bag. They talked to him and had a laugh. They did get him walking with his frame. All the carers we saw were friendly day and night.

The care provided can be at different levels of skill set. The problems seem to be when someone goes off sick or on holiday. The cover provided is not always to a good standard. Some seem inexperienced. I am not impressed with the management, who seem to set the standard at a low level, looking at the
vacancy advert on their own website. When you do complain (which is not very often) they make excuses, but you can’t excuse the inexcusable. Just saying sorry all the time is not good enough.

My name is George Quinn and I hold the position of Registered Manager at Fuchsia Homecare Gorleston. Having previously served in the armed forces, I began my journey with Fuchsia as the Training Officer, later progressing to Assistant Manager and finally to Registered Manager while also gaining my Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care.


I am passionate about ensuring that vulnerable adults receive the care and support they require and deserve. I am committed to promoting the delivery of high-quality care and ensuring that each individual is treated as such. For me, person-centred care is at the heart of everything we do ensuring that each person is treated with dignity, respect, and personalised support.


Supporting the vulnerable members of our communities is a privilege. As the Registered Manager, my favourite aspect of the role is the ability to provide support to the staff, service users and their families while witnessing the positive changes in people's lives.

Clare Sullivan

I started my career with Fuchsia Homecare as a care worker during the pandemic in 2020 this was a role I was very passionate about and really enjoyed. I have now been working for Fuchsia for over 5 years and undertook different roles and responsibilities in the office while being here and I am now a Senior Care Supervisor. This is a role I feel is well suited to me and I most enjoy going out to meet new customers and creating them a person-centred care plan to suit their needs.


I have had the opportunity to gain many different qualifications including Business and Administration level 3, Health and Social care level 3 and Specific learning difficulties level 2. I have just enrolled to myself into an Equality and Diversity level 2 course as I am passionate about learning and I enjoy expanding my knowledge for my role.

My name is Anneka, and I have been working in care for 5 years. I started my journey into domiciliary care before the pandemic started, and thoroughly enjoyed 4 years of meeting new people and learning new information about the care sector. During this time, I completed my level 2.


In 2024, I felt I needed a change of path, and I joined Fuchsia Homecare as a care supervisor. I have embraced my new job role and am currently working towards gaining my level 3. I hope to further my knowledge with more learning and completing courses.

I have worked at Fuchsia Homecare for three and a half years. I started my journey at Fuchsia as an admin officer, before receiving a promotion to finance assistant after a year. I am now undertaking an AAT course to further my career in the financial industry. I regularly go out to cover care for our single assist customers when I can and have gained ample care knowledge, which allows me to assist my colleagues in their roles when needed.


I enjoy going out to deliver care, getting to know the customers, and seeing the difference that Fuchsia makes to people's lives.


I am passionate about animal welfare and donate to several charities. I also have a rescue Husky and am planning a volunteer programme in South Africa. In my spare time, I enjoy going to the theatre, concerts, the gym, travelling and spending time with my family.
